  1. guys and girls, i have a cat-back exhaust off a 97 series 2 r33 gtst that i want to get rid of. its all perfect, i changed exhausts a few months back and want to sell the old one. chasing $50 for it, pickup only please. contact via pm here, email to [email protected] or call 0412 877 433 thanks!
  2. i spotted that RH9 thing today as well... in the city though, around lunchtime. wowzers. it was awesome...
  3. I have a set (4) of "euro concept" design chrome wheels that have come straight off my R33 gtst. there were no clearance problems etc with these, they have heaps of tread remaining on all 4 tyres, 5-6mm on the back, 7-8mm on the front, the tyres are 235/45/17 on all 4. there is a little bit of dish on the back, as you can see by the attached photos. there is some chrome peeling from near the valve insert on the driver's side front wheel but this is hardly noticable. only selling as i have upgraded to 19 inch wheels. located in canberra, contact Mark on 0412 877 433 or by email to [email protected] or by PM. further pics available upon request these are taking up room and must go soon!
  4. i have a set of 17" wheels off my r33 that i'm wanting to sell, as i have just upgraded to some bigger wheels. the rubber on them is really good, they have a tiny amount of gutter rash on one of the rears, no bigger than a 1 cm. they are chrome and they shine up really well. the rear has some dish, about one inch price is $750. contact Mark on 0412 877 433 or email [email protected] or pm more pics available on request updated price!
  5. open to sensible offers...

  8. i live just near erindale too, its not the first time its been done here - i'm pretty sure its not a targetted effort, there was evidence of egg cartons down the road a bit and a bin that had been dragged by a car and then let go.. i've had my torana broken into out the front while i had the boys over - we were out the back and they broke in during the night some time.. i have been egged a few times, i normally park the car up the driveway at night but this happened before 10pm before i got a chance to put it to bed. in the mid semester break last year i got my bro's ute keyed all the way along one thurs night and then egged the thursday the week after.. times are tough in the valley... its all random attacks, other people in the same street have got the same treatment... not much you can do really, their time will come though, karma will get them - if i don't before!
  9. if anyone wants some eggs, feel free to come and scrape some off the side of my car. some little (or big) sh!theads thought it would be fun to use my car as target practice. credit to them, they were good shots, hit the drivers door and splattered all the way up to the rear wheel... this is the first time my skyline has been hit and i'm a little bit cranky.. (i have had a ute egged and keyed in successive weeks, and my torana broken into and egged on several occasions..) there is a nice little scratch on the drivers door where the egg has hit and taken some paint as hostage i live in hope that i'll find these fockers one day... *rant over*
  10. Spotted andrew in his purple beast doing some hot laps of the main drag in braidwood about lunchtime today... i also saw the wrx sandwich, did look pretty cool
  11. i agree with the call from LTSJayce, Phil does a real good job, his work is very reasonably priced aswell. in my old car, he covered my entire back seat, two buckets and a centre console arm rest, i think it was around 1100 for the lot, had a pretty quick turnaround time aswell.. just watch out for his dog - its massive!
  12. thanks for the comments. i am well aware that there is no high beam filament in the outer globe, hence the different setup for the high beams. as for you comments regarding regarding the operation of high and low beams, have a look at some other cars. i checked on a lexus, lows stay on when highs are on, same on a 350Z, same on a barina, and i know for a fact that that toranas run on the same principle, they have only one sealed light and run two different filaments, one for each type of light, and even then the low beam does not go off when the high is on. i hope that i haven't missed the point that you were trying to make..
