  1. I didnt have any issues with my apexi one it came with everythng...
  2. The blow by will be partially burnt oil, another reason to fit a filter between the catch can drain and the sump.
  3. The main difference looks to be the hose connections on the top. You'll probably have to re-do all of them. I have an A'PEXi hard pipe, was a complete replacement no modifications needed, sadly most of the Chinese stuff isnt really bolt on.
  4. Been PM'ing DAS KAMU about these too, interested in a group buy?
  5. Is it a China brand pipe?
  6. Sorry... LoL not looking forward to the movie or the associated fanboys
  7. Probably a little bit of blow by, but could be a turbo seal. Flush out the intercooler with petrol wipe out the manifold let it dry, re-fit. Might pay to fit an oil catch can. The oil makes the cooler less effective and the oil in the manifold can cause a bit of detonation if theres enough of it.
  8. Nice, the engine bay looks alot better with clear on it Dont know why Nissan didnt do it in the first place
  9. VPW are selling them for a good price... Havent found the electric solenoid yet though VPW Link
  10. Probably because its easy and cheap once the motor is apart to fit a restrictor and external head to sump drain. The accusump would be good for an unopened motor.
  11. Interesting thread here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=1310010
  12. I saw these a while ago, not bad for the money. Was asking a drag racer what oil mods he has in his 8second torana on friday actually, and he said none, just an Accusump so im sure they're well proven. The pre-oiling before start up also sounds like another small advantage they offer too.
  13. Need this before the weekend!
  14. Anyone know the part number for the reverselight switch on for a manual R33? my copy of fast isnt working at the moment
  15. Lol if you unbolt the motor ill take it... im in NSW so postage would probably be more than the parts if you send the whole door
  16. I guess you could plumb it into the turbo drain if you use a one way valve. Heres what SK says
  17. As the title says... Working condition thanks
  18. Not a bad idea Terry, they've got the charisma to lift the shows standard alot closer to the UK variant. Not sure if they have the driving skill though. Lol hopefully the producers of Aussie TG saw Clarkson having to do that, and will realise they need to do something about our hosts...
  19. Thanks bubba, but I was talking about the alloy fitting screwed into the back of the head
  20. There are PowerFC's for R33 and R34 You need the R34 RB25DET Neo PowerFC
  21. Bugger, was hoping these were going to be a twin scroll option to use with my HKS cast manifold.
  22. Not really because its unavoiable to stop swarf entering the sump when drilling the hole for the fitting. I doubt a one way valve is needed but if you want to fit one it shouldnt hurt. The other place you could use is the external oil returns from the head and the turbo (Although I have read on here that its not ideal) The fittings are easy to get, I have some sitting infront of me right now. I use PSI Parts (from this forum) and www.vpw.com.au They are generally dearer than the catch can itself.
  23. Where do people get the fitting on the back of the head pictured there, or are they fabricated?
  24. I havent done it, but will be down the track. Just weld a thread to the sump and connect it to the drain on the catch can. Fit fuel filter on the drain hose to get rid of the steel wool stuff that settles in the base of the catch can.
