  1. Blitz, this may seem like a sil question, but is there any difference between the genuine Bosch item and a Nismo one?
  2. This thread Is worthless without a Kenmeri
  3. Damn, 25% is better than I was expecting. If you can get that I may go in for slotted rears aswell.
  4. +1 p.s. I also thought Speed was good r.i.p Bought it more religiously than I can honestly say I buy HPI lately
  5. Ahh there u go... I'm a bit out of date.
  6. They use ATF fluid in rotors to de-carbon the apex seals if it has been sitting for a while. Not done whilst running though. Mafia was starting a gb with water/methanol injection kits not long ago, reduces pinging and also cleans the internals of the engine. Could consider something like that... would also prevent the problem in the future.....
  7. Bugger the Holden Special Taxi's HSV Vectra ftw!!
  8. Will do mate, I will give them until friday
  9. Not sure why you're so concerned about the induction noise, most people install a pod for the performance gain In any case, the answer is yes, a pod will give you the sucking sound and a kindof woosh sound when lifting off the accelerator. If you want even more induction noise, fit a larger turbo as well
  10. I think you'll find you will need to pay for a license for the gas on a mig. So unless your doing a fair bit of welding it probably won't be worth it. Might be best to get the arc welder. Personally I think a nice weld on an arc comes out better looking than a mig anyway
  11. that looks pretty neat LTHLRB thanks for the pics
  12. Thats a pic of one on a CA18DET looks like the seller doesnt have any pics of one on an RB
  13. Good work rx73 put a reply in the gb thread
  14. Hi rs73 Good work with the gb thread , still definately interested will take the front slotted (not dimpled) for R33 GTST. Also do you have a rought guesstimate on how much postage will be?
  15. nice work with there series2r33 Im thinking that yellow cover on the pod might restrict a bit of cold air flow straight to the pod though, but other than that looks exactly like what I have been planning
  16. Yep theyre ok for lowered springs mate. shocks currently sold payment pending
  17. Well im serious, I need replacements one way or another just a matter of weather i get them machined or buy new slotted discs maybe start an eoi in the gb section, put me down as first one on the list
  18. eBay link Yes, have heard that Alex, am purchasing an apexi AX53B70 turbo kit for RB25DET end of month, am hoping it comes with hard pipe, if not might have to buy one.
  19. come accross this on ebay. Anyone had experience with one of these? are they worth it.
  20. yes, otomoto is where i got that picture from
  21. You get a bit more lag with the FMIC but you can barely notice at all even so you compensate by fitting a full turbo back exhaust with high flow cat. In my experience the exhaust improved fuel economy. The stock ecu does get stuffed around a bit, Idle hunt and run's a bit richer (i think because of the fmic??) but on the open highway its better.
  22. It would be good if the Bee*R rims came in 8.5" only available in 9.5" wide in the 18"s, But I think I like these Gullflame's better now 18x9.5 +25mm offset $499 each 18x9.5 +38mm offset $499 each
  23. No never heard of these but this is just the rim I'm after. Where do I buy a set?? and how much??
