Munkyb0y, as already know we have the same front bar, if you add an intercooler you'll get a new hole under the stock airbox, ask a fabricator to route a pipe directly from this hole to the large air duct under the passenger side head light with a square to round transition so it surrounds the duct perfectly. This is what I have been planning to do for about 12 months, but keep putting it off.

I was saying the new commodore is an over rated hyped up ugly and tiresome vehicle that without the propaganda from local publishing media would have died 20 years ago. Honestly who can believe in 2006 we are comparing panel gaps "especially around the doors, bonnet and A pillar" to other vehicles that ironed this sort of build quality out when jesus was playing fullback for Nazareth. Yes the Commodore has it's place, but take away the fact that it is an Australian built car (if it can be called that now) and the that it can be had relatively cheap, what actually makes it so much f*ckn better than everything else?

No one has owned one long enough to really tell just how good they are, but if the newspapers and magazine reviewers say they are then of course it's the best car ever. Yesterday at work I asked the dole bludger who lives next to the industrial estate at work. He doesnt own a driveable car but has a few old kingswood's and early model commodore bodys lying on his front lawn. His response to me was that commodores have always been the best car ever made and the VE won't be the last, shortly afterwards he greened out and spilt half a toohey's new tinny all over himself. Short answer is, of course the VE commodore is the best car ever. Everywhere I see the new Commodore mentioned seems to have flowery meadows and rainbow skies, and rivers made of chocolate, where the children dance and laugh and play with gumdrop smiles.

It's just a difference in interpretation. Most people consider coilovers to be an off the shelf/direct bolt in arrangement that have a threaded shock section and can be height adjusted with a "C" spanner. In actual fact it generally just means the coil spring is fitted "over" the shock absorber. I guess Technically they should be called: Coil Overs Height Adjustable Coil Overs Damper Adjustable Coilovers Or both.

My R33 is 350 ctr of wheel to guard pretty much all round. This is using A'PEXi hard tune down springs (3.6kg/mm front 3.4kg/mm rear) with Sydneykid's bilstein shocks on the standard settings. Must say ride is perfect for my liking even though I didnt use the whiteline springs that was recommended with his package. I wouldnt want to go any lower with my Nismo bar though, so im quite happy with the height.
