My mate has a sedan exactly he same as yours right down to the rims and chrome strip around the windows.
I have seen a few skylines in that colour, dont think its all that rare, but im pretty sure only came on the series 1's
My mate owns a manual tt soarer with 240rwkw.
Quite a quick machine, but the manual feels like your rowing a boat compared to the nissan 5 speed.
A short shift kit could change that perhaps.
Has anyone had any experience with it? in particular the Splits Amps and Subs.
Im thinking of redoing my system in the future and wouldnt mind giving it a go...
hey Dan it looks like your rear drivers side wheel is gunmetal grey and the rest are shadow chrome. I had the same problem with my impuls but sent the wheel back to tempe and they replaced it with the right one free of charge. I've seen the same problem with several other cars with impuls.
SK I mean't the front wheel was between 365 & 370 - I just remeasured then and It's probably closer to 365mm
I've taken a few photo's and am now pretty convinced that this is my problem:
Heres one with the car jacked all the way up and the wheel free to rotate:
Heres one with the car on the ground and the bump stop resting on the shock:
I Also got the PN for the springs: KDFL-101 These are listed by King Springs as the R33 and R34 springs.
I just jacked the car up and i think i may have found the problem, The it looks like the car may be sitting on the bump stops at its lowest position, would this sound about right? looks like they've never been modified/cut?
