  1. Recently my R33 Gtst has developed a knock sound in the front left suspension after coming to a stop, and then taking off again. It just a single knock which doesnt re-appear until the next time I *stop/start* again. I assume that its a worn bush somewhere but cant really work out which one it is. Anyone care to suggest how I can fix this or have a similar problem?
  2. Warming the car by driving easily before thrashing also helps warm your trasmission and diff. You dont get that by letting the car sit.
  3. think you'd be better off going to an exhaust shop to buy the sections already bent.
  4. I jump in and drive straight away, but like blind elk, keep RPM low (I try to stay below 2,500) and dont come on boost until the opperating temp is at normal, and the oil pressure is about normal too. At least the oil pressure should give you some indication weather the car is at normal opperating temp. Cool down is similar to blind elk too but if I've been boosting at all I usually give it min 1 min just for peace of mind. Hard driving, maybe 3-4 Not sure what other people do but thats just my habit now.
  5. Flanged to suit R33 Skyline, and could be adapted for ofther vehicles. Good Condition. Selling as I intended to use it on my own car but changed my mind. Pm if interested EDIT: SOLD
  6. All I know is they use them in the current HPI R32 project car.
  7. Esanda about 9.5% i think but this was like 3 years ago. they did my FTO... the skyline doesnt have a loan though.
  8. I dont live in Sydney so they sent my rims out. One they sent me was the wrong one (dunno how they could send me 3 the same and one wrong but anyway) It was a bit of a hassel trying to sort it out. If you have any trouble just make sure you get their name and always ask for them next time you ring.

  11. I was just flicking through the new hot 4's at the shop and noticed Greddy now has a coil over range, has anyone tried these?
  12. I dont understand why people dont use the factory shroud with a 16" fan set up on a thermostat so it turns off when on the highway. Wouldnt this make the most sense?
  13. i'd prob pay to watch that... (only have free to air right now)

  18. You could try doing it the way i've done it, using stainless sheetmetal. The Partition covers everything up and keeps everything neat. Then you could mount your sub here using velcro so everything can be taken out for more space:
  19. Greg, Theres usually small switches on the alarms control unit that give you control of these sort of features. Other than that some alarms can be adjusted by holding down the remote buttons in certain sequences. Did it come with a instruction manual?
