About to do a re-ring on a RB20DET. Local nissan dealer want $200 for a set. Are there any other options?? Motor will be slightly moded (180rwkw)

I think there are 2 bleed nipples on rear rack. Might be worth a try as there could be an air lock in the system somewhere? When I replaced a pump recently - basically total system (front) had to be primed and everything was ok in rear before and after that. But in long term, I agree with Josh.....

Thanks BHDave. Couldn't open file?? There are two looms out of controller. Loom 1: Blue and white (same as solenoid), red and black (power and earth). , i'm ok with these. Loom 2: Orange with black dots, purple (has earth connection on it) and white with red dots. Could these be permanent power (for memory)/earth and white for dash light light?? Also I'm running external waste gate. Small switch on back WG - AC. Waste gate - Actuator??? Any more help appreciated Luckydip

Like tdsepco said "don't stress - get some more advice. I race these things and have crashed one big time in the front. Even then the chassis was only slightly bent and I had it straightened. Every thing else in the front end bolts on and off - top/bottom arm, castor rod tie rod etc. if any of these bent you will chasing problems forever. Bit are easy to find and relatively cheap (on SAU) and not too bad from wreckers. Sometime all bits around from someone's half cut project. Same goes for back - but heaps more moving suspension components. V V unlikely chassis bent - just some of the bits. Suggest go to best frontend/wheel alighner you can find....pay for basic wheel align and hopefully they will tell you exactly what is wrong and what take to fix it. Good advice may seem expensive first up, but WILL save you $$$$$$$$. Kerry
