  1. You don't need a grand to get a good EBC. The cheapest JDM one is only $450-$500 (GReddy Profec B-Spec 2) and you can find some used ones on sale here on SAU for even less than that.
  2. I'm there that much I might as well live there - it's my girlfriends place
  3. I saw a car which look exactly like wils on the front but then when it when passed me I saw it had a F&F sticker (cyclops angel thing pointing forward) and a bunch of Leb guys inside
  4. Yes I'm all for this. Right now there seems to be a fair number of NSW people with new or updated dyno results.
  5. see http://www.mfx.com.au/
  6. Oh by the way I'm in +1 passenger.
  7. I think the only way to do it properly is a replacement or piggyback ECU.
  8. I thought my graph was optimistic until I saw this thread. 3 inch turbo back (stock cat) FMIC EBC Pod on Auto R33 GTS-T It gave me 190+ (192 I think) but timing was all out so the setting on the EBC was put back a tad. I'm contemplating a SAFC2 and I hope it will give me 195+.
  9. Yes I failed to mention that the real deal is called Work Equipe. Will be WAY more expensive than the Starcorp replicas. When it comes to rims, go Jap/Euro or go home.
  10. Is it possible to make it so the forums turn a URL like: www.yahoo.com into a hyperlink? At the moment, you need to put the http:// in front: http://www.yahoo.com I see many people post up URLs without the http:// and it would make things more convenient if you could actually click them as links. Thanks.
  11. They are called Starcorp Racing Impuls. Very cheap, especially if you get the package deal (with crap Falken ZE-326 tyres): http://www.tempetyres.com.au
  12. Oh I'm so in for this minicruise.
  13. Nice dyno my Auto R33 brother. SAFC2 is what I'm getting next.
  14. MRC: 02 9634 5399
  15. Sell the bonnet, wing and AVC-R separately from the car. You'll get more money that way.
  16. Spotted AUB-88* R33 white on Victoria Road this afternoon.
  17. I forgot to mention the car is also running a 3" turbo back but only stock cat. It seems general consensus is that a SAFC is the way to go. However miller brings up the GReddy E-Manage. The E-Manage costs around the same as a SAFC so can someone give me a quick comparo of the features/differences. In the end, E-Manage (with Ignition harness) vs SAFC + ITC. Thank you all for your informative input. Appreciate it!
  18. Someone on SAU has done a PFC with an Auto R33 so it is possible (I hope).
  19. I was told to 'look at the basics' before I splashed out the $1000 on a PowerFC. What other things could be worked on?
  20. Runs about AFR 10 on high boost
  21. Seconded
  22. R33 GTS-T Auto Pod FMIC EBC High graph = high setting on EBC Low graph = low setting on EBC (max 175rwkw or so) As you can see, the high setting is poor on the lower end. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways I can solve this issue?
  23. The stock gauge uses mm/hg and not PSI as a measure of boost levels.
  24. 100RON will give more power. However, this is only if your ECU is tuned for the 5% Ethanol otherwise it will run lean. Consesus is: It's good if you can program your ECU but the small number of stations that carry the fuel (at this point in time) makes it not worth it to use it.
