  1. Have a look through this site: http://tanakatire.web.infoseek.co.jp/kp/505_R34.html Got a lot of pictures with bodykitted R34s so you can choose a kit.
  2. I absolutely hate this kind of thinking (along with "the V35 isn't a proper Skyline"). The RB26 would in stock form would be too weak to achieve the things Nissan want to do with the new GTR. And nothing shows progress like putting in an engine with a 20 year old design in a new car... Not confirmed yet.
  3. Spotted shonen in city today at lunchtime thanks to his loud exhaust attracting my attention!
  4. I'm not only excited about this new GTR, but also the Mines Ultimate Response version
  5. You can change the hi-beam/low-beam bulbs (also parker) without taking the headlight off.
  6. Useless without pics
  7. First question you have to ask yourself is do you want to go genuine or knock-off? Genuine is alot more expensive but made of more durable materials and will also fit better. Genuine full body kits (sideskirts + front bumper + rear bumper) cost $2000+ Knock-off full body kits cost less than $1000
  8. From looking at the pictures: 1. Your passenger side lo-beam bulb is blown 2. Your drivers side hi-beam bulb is blown Secondly what jrocket says is right. The lo-beams and hi-beams work independently of each other. When the hi-beams are on, low beams are off.
  9. Holy moly that RS has a PHAT ass.
  10. XKR in city
  11. As pictured: Gutter rash on rim edge on 3 of 4 wheels, otherwise perfect condition Pickup from Hills District, Sydney only. Price: $500
  12. Spotted a white V35 GG3500 in Chatswood Chase carpark tonight
  13. Plenty of manufacturers (both good and bad) make this type of wheel. Rays Volk Racing GT-U:
  14. Sad to hear this. Worse part is that everything appears legit up until the last seconds... Even if you had someone with you, they'd probably get the shit beaten out of them too. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening? Maybe take the guys license?
  15. Bahaha I was going to suggest that!
  16. So I'm guessing Mustang plans are on the back burner?
  17. http://www.perfectrun.com.au or check the trader section of http://www.nissansilvia.com
  18. Awesome car mass!
  19. Maybe? You wouldn't know because these cheap rims don't even have stickers on them displaying the offset or width! With my Rays rims I can even tell what month and year they were made.
  20. And the question is which would you rather have - the wannabe or the real thing. Those Lensos are obvious copies of the Work Meister S2R/Emotion CR-Kai design Also, these cheap wheels tend to have cheap quality. I mean just looking at the packaging and documentation that came with my Rays and Work wheels you already know they are made to a high quality.
  21. http://www.perfectrun.com.au/ They don't have SSR listed on their site, but send them an email ( [email protected] ) and get a quote.
  22. Easiest way is to start with the wheel specification and then plug it into the calculator, then determine how much more clearance you need. Generally if you want something like GTR offset rims, you're looking for 9" wide rims with +12 or +22 offset.
  23. My mechanic lets me hang around and ask any questions I have. This is not only during a tune but also during routine servicing. This also give me chance to look at the car myself and have a poke around underneath the car making sure there isn't anything out of order. Not only that, I learn a lot asking him about the car or when he points out stuff to me. Honestly, I couldn't ever go to another mechanic who doesn't let me have full freedom around the car during servicing.
  24. Spotted red R31 sedan in Epping GTS-289
  25. Spotted a yellow R34 coupe with CF bonnet and chrome rims on the Harbour Bridge at 12:30 today
