Well just an update - got my oil/filter changed (5000 km service) by MRC today and it was a good experience. Not so pricey and I'll definitely be taking my car there for the next service or mod fitting.

I think it's actually ATD37L .. my car! Unless there's a ATS37L white series 2 around Cherrybrook. :headspin: Not many people spot R31s so I'm gonna state that I always see a black R31 Coupe with SLY-031 parked at Chatswood near Penhurst St.

Unless you have a CAI or a heatshield of some sort, installing ANY pod filter will more than likely decrease your power (due to the hot air generated by engine being sucked up by the pod). So with that in mind, changing to a brand name pod will do nearly nothing to increase performance.

I guess a rubber stopper would work but it sounds abit ghetto and the rubber stopper would have to be pretty large in diameter (about 3-4cm wide). Also with a solution like that I'm afraid of a situation where it may jolt loose and fall off.

Currently I have a GReddy Type-S BOV plumbacked. As you'd know for plumback, the pipe doing the 'plumbing back' is connected to the air intake pipe. It's connected to the intake via a solid rubber hose clamped on. One end is clamped to the BOV 'exit', and the other is connected to a metal pipe leading to the air intake. Now I want to try to make the BOV atmo venting. I have to remove this rubber hose and leave it open on the BOV end (so air exiting the BOV gets vented out to the atmosphere/open air). What concerns me is the other end of the rubber hose ie the metal pipe leading to the air intake. Can I just leave it open ended or do I have to seal this end of the pipe? If I have to seal it, what is the best way to do it?

Saw a silver S2 GTST on Pennant Hills Road around 6.45AM this morning. Exchanged thumbs ups :thumbup: Also saw a gold R33 with no spoiler turning onto North Rocks Road from Pennant Hills Road at approx 3:20PM

I saw the R32 coming out of M2 like a bullet onto Epping Road (heading to city)...took me awhile to catch up! Also waved/flashed at Sawakita today on Balaclava road - dunno if you recognized me.

Damn so many dumb people who chose tele. I swear tele/elec eng is one of the top 10 hardest courses. It's not worth how much effort has to go into study because finding a job in tele (unless you have a near D average) is so bloody hard.
