  1. Just fitted my XD9's, needs more low in the front. Thanks to Jesse Streeter for the wheels, Motorsport Wheels and Tyres and M@&k for helping me with fitment. Specs: -1.5 Degree camber front, 225/40R18 18x9+30 -1 Degree camber rear, 235/40R18, 18x10+38 Guards are untouched, as they left factory. No Mexican, just the slightest poke:
  2. Just fitted my XD9's. Rear sits nice, would love to lower the front slightly, but am running non-height adjustable Bilsteins. May have to get a lower circlip groove machined.
  3. Damn, going to Meredith this weekend, would've loved to come.
  4. I like this, wheels suit it. Chuck up some pictures and let us know of these 'plans'
  5. Is there gonna be a kebab/food meet this month? Haven't been to one in ages
  6. Dumb but free...
  7. That wing tall as fuark. What are the effective offset and widths of your wheels? They look good.
  8. Drove my mates stock BA XR6 turbo today, was painfully slow. Should it feel quicker than a stock-ish Gts-t?
  9. I dunno, I guess the heightened awareness from lack of A/B/C pillars, radio and a higher outlook makes me feel more in-touch with what's going on around me, so I feel safer. Is it actually safer in a crash? Narp. That said, I don't really ride on the road much these days, it's no fun compared to track.
  10. Nah not even, If anything you feel more aware and safe on a bike. Besides, I see way more accidents involving cars than bikes.
  11. My XD9's have arrived in Sydney! Should only be a week or so more and I'll have them, so excited Sorry had to vent.
  12. ^My favorite local GT-R. Simple and sexy, always drool whenever I see it!
  13. Not this argument again. You can buy brand new 18" Rota Grid's for $999. In Australia, ready to ship. Compare that to a set of 18" TE37's, you're looking at over $2000, and a 9+ week wait ex-japan. And no the quality might not be the same, but neither is the price. Everyone should just buy whatever they want.
  14. U reckon they'd write it off based on that? If it's just the turbo and some trim bits gone, I would think at worst maybe 3-4k of repair work necessary.
  15. Awesome outcome! So that confirms it got towed I guess? Scary stuff... Edit: And where was it found?
  16. RIP, he seemed like a genuine, quality person, unlike most of the Hollywood crap out there. WIll be watching FnF tonight for sure.
  17. I'm watching it tonight! RIP...
  18. Cracked gate last night right as a SS highway troll turned out of a side street behind me (wasn't speeding). Followed for about 1.5km and then turned off. Win!
  19. Not so sure on the sidewall writing, looks kinda NASCAR-esque to me. Having said that, the rest of the car looks great!
  20. No photo's mate; I don't have D1R's. 18x8 +35 will sit in by about 15mm from the edge of the front guard.
  21. Depends if your guards are rolled? 235/40R18 should fit fine and look good on a 9.5. You could go up to 265/35R18 for a fatter tyre.
  22. IMO it looks better than the 400R. Probably the lack of flares.
  23. I'll bring the 33, hit me up if you see me, I'll be wearing a grey unit sweatshirt haha
  24. Good to see it found, in what looks like decent condition. Post up compression test results, or whatever else you end up with.
