Hi Guys, I have a R33 boot lid, series 2 wing and a series 1 wing. The bootlid comes with hinges, gas strutts and boot lock. All white, all in good condition. I bought this to replace the GTR wing on my car, but sold the car before i got the chance. now this must go. $120 for the lot. PLEASE SMS 0418 807 844, as I do not check here often!!!

Hi guys, I have a series 1 R33 GTS-T, and it has a GTR copy wing on it. Not really a fan, and the wing is stuck on good, so i bought another boot lid with a series 2 wing on it. (Hoping to just bolt on and bingo - prob solved). However, the boot lid is from a series 2 skyline. It came with hinges, gas strutts etc too. I bolted the lot on, and it doesnt line up very well at all. I found out that I can adjust the boot latch height on the car end, but the boot still sits up too high at the rear... Does anyone know if the boot lid, hinges, gas strutts, boot latch etc are different between the series 1 and series 2? Also, is there any other points of adjustment on the boot at all to make it fit better? Please reply with thoughts / suggestions. Cheers

Ok so I ended up buying a series 2 boot lid and wing to bolt on (hinges too). I bolted it on and the boot lid would not latch shut. After some investigation I noticed the latch bit that bolts onto the lid is a different shape. I bolted the series 1 latch onto the series 2 lid and it now latches shut. The only problem is that it now sits about 20mm too high at the rear. I found that I can adjust the latch on the car side by loosening 2x bolts and sliding it down. I think this helped a little but not enough.. Does anyone know if there is any further adjustments that can be done?? Or could the hinges be different etc?? HELP!!!

Actually 1 more question, Does anyone know if S1 white is the same as S2 white? or is there a few different ones?

Thanks lads, Na I have a S1 car, but it has a GTR copy wing on it. (Which i am removing) long story short I have come across another lid (S2) and i already have a S1 wing that I just want to bolt on... That pretty much answers my question. Cheers

Hi guys, Can anyone tell me if R33 S1 and R33 S2 boot wing holes are different? Basically i am looking to put a S1 wing on a S2 lid. even if i have to drill a few more holes, will the existing S2 holes be covered by the S1 wing? or will there be holes visible? Thanks in advance

Hi guys, i was originally trying to swap this for a late model 4cyl daily, but now considering swapping it for a more missus friendly 4 door. either auto or manual (prefer auto), must be relativly standard (cant really be bothered with defect issues any more). interested in Stagea, 32 ,33, 34 4 doors, Aristo, Chaser etc. Not looking to add much cash at all either, so please keep that in mind.
