Hi, Mate of mine has upgraded to large turbos, so selling his R34 GTR N1 turbos (garrett 2860-7). Turbos have just come off his car, have very little kms (around 5000kms). scotty, Nice result with stock turbo, didnt think they would like running at 17-20psi, are they ceramic wheel? Also your dyno graph doesnt have the power dipo at 3500rpm??? Do you run stock converter/trans?

Looking at the dyno graph, does anyone know what causes tha power dip at 3500rpm?? I have a stock M35 and can feel a very noticeable loss in power at 3500rpm, which is also in the dyno result above? Also, what is the actuator mod mentioned above?

i was always told to re-tension the head bolts after the engine was ran for the first time. i have always taken the car for a decent drive to get some heat into the head/gasket ( No boost), then left to cool overnight and re-tension the next day. This process used with stock graphite gasket and NO hylamar has never leaked on a few engines ive seen. Hylamar wont hurt if you gona use it.
