what exhaust you got, and where was the sensor placed on the dyno? Did you try putting the sensor in different spot? If you have external gate, screamer pipe works well.

The ECU isnt AFM cell type, My Ecu is Map sesor based, and it didnt make anymore boost, so mapping should have been similar

runs were back to back on the dyno, put the exhasut back on and power went back up to were it was. i thought the tune would be way out with out the exhast, but from memoy the AFR didnt change a geat deal (cant remember how much as it was a fair while ago) Anyone experienced the same drop in power, then re-tuned to make more power than the original figure?

less backpressure on a turbo should make more power shouldnt it???? couple of vl turbos i worked on made more power when unbolting the exhaust.

A while ago i did a quick test on the dyno where i unbolted my exhaust before the cat and it lost power (around 15rwkw). just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what would be the cause???? Motor is a 400rwkw Rb30/26 with GT35 with .82 exh housing, 3.5 inch pipe to the cat, then 3 inch from cat to rear of car,i would have thought that unbolting the 3 inch section and letting the motor breath through just the 3.5 inch exhaust would defionately make more power.

Have you done back to back on a gtr the hypetune rb26 plenum vs stock gtr one? What the difference?

do you still need to pull the fuse, or just take the shaft out??

does fluid leak out te transfer case when you take the front shaft that connects the transfer and front diff??

Hi I have heard that a R34 can be run on a 2wd dyno, but you cant just pull the fuse likea r32, so what are the steps to run in 2wd?? anyone done this in their r34 or r33???? Cheers

Hi, Looking at putting a cage in my R32 to meet ANDRA spec for 10.0-10.99 second 1/4 mile bracket. Just wanting to know what type of cage is required, and if Bolt-in type will pass this bracket? So, has anyone fitted a cage to met ANDRA specs, will a bolt-in pass? Cheers

Didnt realise that its a RB26, for some reason i thought brockas was a RB30det, That would explain why it seems so laggy to me. Oh well interesting comparison between rb30 and rb26. Its a r32 gtr diff, 4.11 ratio, what are the ratios in the other graphs?
