So if i remove it and run a line straight to the actuator, will i be better off or not? Will i get more boost, for longer without the solenoid??

Does anyone know what the solenoid on the boost line to the wastegate actuator actually does?? How will boost be affected if this is removed, compared to if its hooked up?

Basically i just want a light/lights to display knocking, detonation is getting hard to hear over a loud exhaust. Any one used a knocklink, think they are made in New Zealand??

So does anyone actually know what RPM a pair of 2530's make full boost on a RB30det?? Sydneykid:- Have you actually used them on a RB30?, or any twins for that matter, when did they make boost>?

Turbo oil seal has nothing to do with you filling up the catch can, more to do with too much oil in the head with lots of blowby pushing it out the rocker breather. put in some oil restrictors, and external oil return.

when you going to do a before and after on the dyno joel?? I wouldnt be too concerned about the fuel pump noise, my bosch pump does it from time to time.

What Comp Ratio did you get using CP pistons?

Im pretty sure the boost98 runs a little leaner so you probably need to richen it up slightly, but it can handle a fair bit more timing. Let us know how you go joel. Dyno before and after???

Nice power, How easy/well does it rev to 8000rpm? I guess the ATI balancer helps it out, what was that worth in $ ??

Darren, What dyno did he run on the night before to read 50rwkw more???? From what ive seen, Shauns dyno seems to be fairly accurate. -
Autos load the engine more so you get ful boost earlier than you would with a manual.

My 550cc injectors with 044 and FPR were only running around 75% at 312rwkw, so i reckon the GTR injectors with the same setup would see 300rwkw.
