    Ash, you dont need to take the head off to do the valvesprings, dont make a simple job harder by ripping the head off. What A/R is the exhaust housing, is it a total stock XR6 turbo with internal gate? arent these 1.06 housings, may be a bit laggy, be interesting to compare it to .82. let us know the results. did you sort your oil problem out?

    LOL, You dont, 300rwkw is nearly slower than 200rwkw in a 2WD.....

    On dyno dynamics dyno, the stock injectors semm to max out at around 250rwkw with a big pump and regulator. So are yours definately stock?

    Sound like your getting closer to start-up. Im getting closer to starting my conversion. RB30det Should be a good thing in a 4wd, after having my 300rwkw RB30 in a 2WD r32 for near 2 years, i cant wait to convert to 4WD and make use of some of the massive torque and power the RB30 has to offer.

    conan7772:- What RB25 head are you using? R32 n/a 0r r33 with vvt? Is that 294kw at the rear wheels or what, never seen that before with stock injectors.??

    Darren, What power did yours make and at what boost? 294rwkw at 15psi with that turbo does seem a bit strange.

    savage- What suburb? northern would probly suit me better. Are you running stock plenum etc.?

    Mine was making 312rwkw stock/untouced with 300,000kms. They are tough, but get your tuning spot on, no detonation and it should last.

    Yeah, that looks very similar to the hi-flow i had on mine, but i only made 235rkw on 17psi with similar mods. Have you had yours on a dynodynamics dyno?, be interesting to see the difference compared to the dyno you used.

    Thats good power also. What spec cams, and what other parts on your motor (aftermarket plenum, exh manifold, etc?)

    Stock hi-flow making near 300rwkw on 15psi............. are you sure? My 35/40 only cracked 300rwkw on 18-19psi.

    Im in the process of building my new Rb30det with GTR head, just need to know how a few things hook up on the stock GTR plenum, and GTR head. Im wondering if anyone has a R32GTR/ or complete engine that i could get a look at to see how things hook up. Cheers

    Ash, Do you run a hose from the rocker breather into the AFM pipe infront of the turbo?, if you are getting excessive blow-by oil may be entering your turbo here.

    With what sort of lift can you use the stock ones? like 10mm/ 11mm/ 11.5mm, whats the general maximum?

    So what is the max lift you can run with stock buckets, with HD valvesprings????

    Im using a microtech with the stock RB20det loom, no problems, just use the stock RB20 sensors.

    R32-RB20det, and R32 -RB25n/a Valve springs in the motors i have are EXACTLY the same.

    The more boost you run the more pressure there is in the cylinder to push the valves open.

    Im pretty sure series 4 injectors have the square plug like nissan and all you need to do is file a tab flat on the injector and they plug in. If you got series 5 injector (oval plug) you need to solder in new plugs to suit, i think ford laser have the oval plugs that fit, or if you can get the RX7 ones use them.
