I have an Extreme extra heavy duty pressure plate with a 9 puck ceramic cushion drive plate, been in my car for 2 years with a RB30DET making 306rwkw. I have hadno problems with clutch slip, even with the extra torque the 3.0L has. The cushion drive plate makes it very good on take off, you can slip it out with no shudder. Extreme also do a 5 puck for extra bite, but it can shudder a bit on take off.

what 16" slicks you running?? what they cost?

With a GT35/40 i would hope it didn't look stock. Do you have any other pics? A mate is after a 32 and this is in his price range.

I had a 3" high flow cat on my car, by replacing it with a straight through pipe it made an extra 15rwkw.... I dont think it is posible for any cat to flow aswell as straight through pipe, this is very obvious when looking inside a cat.

The motor has stock internals with new bearings. It has not been engineered, i dont know the laws in W.A. I have no engine bay pics, it just looks like a stock RB20 under the hood.

SK- have you ever used kings bearings, or heard much about them??

I have a R32 bootlip wing, its the same as the small wing that comes out on series 2 GTR's. Its in VG condition and currently painted black. $100 consider offers.

SK- What bearings do you use, and what studs do you use for the main bearing girdle?

SK:- What usually goes wrong if you go over your suggested power limit(280rwkw)? What do you suggest are the most important parts to strengthen when aiming for 350RWKW??

In your first post you said they defected you for LOWER control arm bushes, Have you checked them out??

60' times were 2.0-2.1 which is Sh*t.. Also lost alot of time in 2nd and 3rd I definately need to set up the rear end better, each gear change ended up in excessive wheelspin.

I could only manage 12.4 @ 120mph, no traction untill 4th gear. As i thought wheelspin was a major problem, some better tyres and rear shockers will help next time. Chops:- The Rb20 ran consistant 116-117mph passes, it had better top end revs than my Rb30.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see how it goes, traction is going to be a problem, but i want to run on my street tyres. I haven't run my car with the new motor, last time i ran with the RB20 and 190rwkw it ran 12.9 @ 117mph, hope to improve on that time a fair bit.

The BCP6ES are real cheap at about $2.50 each. I have been using this type of plugs for 3 years, and have not had any interference problems with any electrics/ stereo..
