    Not sure what the S means, its in the start of the NGK catalouge. I definately use BCP6ES, its the resistor that causes the missfire.

    DCIEVE:- I would try the BCP6ES non resistor plugs before anything else, i gap mine at .7mm for 20 PSI in my R32 making 306rwKW, no misfiring.

    I use BCP6ES these are non-resistor 0.8mm copper plug, i had problems when running the resistor type(BCPR6ES), when using higher than 17psi it would miss-fire.

    3LIT3 FOR3:-"Fuel pressure means nothing"..... what the F**k?? SO if the fuel pressure doesnt rise under load how is it going to run the correct ratios?

    Have you checked the voltage supply at the pump yet?? And have you had a fuel pressure guage on it when you run it under load, if so what was the pressure??

    If you want to try sensors, try your coolant temp sensor, i had a faulty one on my VL and caused a few problems.

    Have you tried running without the FCD, or tried adjusting it?? Is the fuel pressure regulator working correctly (check with gauge under load), or is the a blockage in the fuel system, maybe fuel filter. Id also go back to a stock ECU in working order, and start form scratch( stock boost) untill you can get the correct tune, then start changing your ECU and turning up the boost so you can see how each modification affects it.

    The OS giken cam gears are made out ouf the same material as the Tomei gears, but are alot cheaper in price, almost half the price.

    Were did that price for Arias pistons come from?? is that RB25 pistons?

    Im using the 35/40 on my RB30DET with a garret .82 internal wategate Truck housing, it works very well .Im now currently making 306rwkw on 20 psi, still uising the stock head, stock cams, and stock bottom end. Cant wait to get a decent set of cams and see what it does.

    My R32 gts with a RB30DET is making 290 RWKW using stock bottom end and stock cams. Traction is definately a problem with even slightly worn tyres, brand new tyres improve the grip heaps. Joel,- What turbo is clint using on his RB25 to make 340 rwkw, how much boost??

    I get the NGK plugs with out the resistor BCP6ES, theses come already gapped to .8mm and fit skylines, and VL commodores. I used to run the NGK-(with resistor) in a VL turbo, any thing over 15 psi and the resistor caused them to break down, swapped them to non-resistor and had no problems runnnning 21psi.

    The R33 gearbox feels alot smoother than the MX7. Most MX7 boxes have got high kms on them, there usually noisy and notchy to shift gears. I used the stock r32 tailshaft and got a VL turbo yoke (or R33 turbo) welded on the front, overall length was the same.
