I ran 12.8 on street tyres with Intercooler, exhaust and a Hi-flow turbo, 185rwkw. The mods cost me $1500, which aint a huge amount.

The R32 N/a RB25 are the same as RB20 turbo injectors, with a big fuel pump and adjustable regulator they will flow 260 kw at the wheels. If your after more than that, the RX7 injectors are the same impedence.

How much will it cost in parts and labour to recond the box??

What took soooo long..... Lol Nah good work, when youve done it 10+ times it doesnt take much longer than an hour. What did you replace it with, and what did you do with the old box??

What sort of performance gains are there from using one of these lighter flywheels? How much quicker will the engine rev?? Im interested.

Try non resistor plugs BCP6ES not BCPR6ES. I had a similar problem with my 32 over 4000, was a bit inconsistent, turned out to be a failing fuel pump. Worth a try if u can borrow another 1.

Turbo or N/A ?

The timmimg light is getting a double pulse, so your timing is reading twice as much. Either half what you see or i hook my light around the 6 wires that plug into the ignition module on the exhaust side. This gives me the correct reading, i would imagine it be the same on all nissans.

Joel, Yea 15psi at 3300-3600 depending on which gear. Does rev better up top. Does anyone know what A/R stock VL exhaust housings are, .63 or .73??

copper gaskets are hard to make a good seal, unless you have O-rings. Go the stocker.

joel yea i had the hiflow rb20 turbo on a 3.0l at shauns, pulled hard as to 6000, then nosed over real bad. Have just finished putting on my 35/40 but having problems controlling boost with the small int gate, hits 24-25 psi when reving past 5500-6000. I gota make my gate bigger b4 i kill the motor. The .82 housing is definately alot lagier then the RB20 unit about 800- 1000 rpm. I was gong to use the VG housing, but the ex wheel hung out the back (to big for housing) . Is the core 55 or 65 mm thick? no damage?
