Hey roy, Thanks for the great tutorial. Helped heaps. Was a little confused when my resistor pack only measuered 6.7 ohms but checked it against a mates gtr pack running in his car and was the same. I can see why some people say that they have low impedance injectors without the ballast resistor. Throughout this topic it is stated that you need to make up the difference which is roughly 10 ohms. Not true..... The standard resistor pack out of a 32 gtr measures only 6.7 ohms so with the gtr injectors it only comes to roughly 9.3 ohms give or take. Elsewhere I've read that high impedance injectors run between 12 and 16 ohms which makes sense because my GTST injectors measured 14.4 ohms. I installed my resistor pack and gtr injectors two days ago then drove alll the way too sydney without a problem. Just wanted to put some figures out there so people know roughly what to expect. Roy. I have an a15-000653 jecs ballast resistor. is your ballast resistor the same number and do you have a photo, if so please post it here or send it to [email protected] regards luke

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone out there can help. How can i check my new airflow meter to see if I've bought a dud. I installed it as per the diagram I got from the guy I bought it off but its not starting. The wiring is as follows: Pin B Orange w/black solid strip & silver dashed strip to black RB wire Pin C Blue to Black/silver RB wire Pin D Grey wire w/yellow strip to White wire Pin E Brown wire to Blackw/white tracer. Its on an R32 GTS-T w/RB20 Please help

sorry guys, forgot the details. There a direct bolt-on for 32 GTST no spacers, 8" wide, not sure what offset though. I've currently got 235/40/18's all-round with no scrubbing on ISC Coilovers. Hope that helps

Hi all, I've got a set of 18" Starcorp wheels without tyres for sale. They've got mild gutter rash on all 4 and some flakin paint around the wheel nut holes. Would suit respraying or good drift rims. Thanks guys, I thought as much. I've rung around and the average is about $500 if there's no hidden gremlins. At the rate I'm travellin it won't be long before i make that money back and I've got a Z32 airflow meter and hopefully some injectors so a new tune will be needed anyway. Thanks guys

Hi guys, After alot of scanning the forums without to much success in direct relation to what i'm looking for. I'm just gunna post my own and see what happens. I've got an R32 RB20DET with the following mods: - HKS 2540 turbo - Apexi Power Fc AP Engineering Computer w/tune - Full 3 inch Turbo back exhaust - CAI but no box or shroud - Standard injectors and airflow meter Now my problem is my fuel consumption its like I fill up to the brim and no more than 260km later the bloody fuel light comes on WTF??? When I had it tuned the tuner told me that he wasn't totally confident with the Apexi Power FC but he'd done a few before with no problems. I run the E10 ethanol blend most of the time (but I've put Optimax in it before and only an extra 50 km per tank) would this explain the crappy consumption. The tuner told me that the A/F across the rev range was good but I'm really starting to wonder as there is heaps of black fuel spray over the arse of my car within a few days of washing it. How much can a stuffed O2 sensor affect my consumption?? Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated as its startin to really shit me and costing me a motsa. Cheers

Hi guys, I've got a little bit of a dilemma. My girlfriend smashed my ride a couple of months ago and I'm nearly ready to get it back on the road except I'm up for a new set of coilovers. Now my question is that I'm looking at getting a set of ISC Coilovers and I'm not sure if I should get a set of adjustable swaybars from whiteline aswell. I live in the south coast of NSW and our roads are pretty crappy so I don't want to comprimise ride quality to much. Does anyone have any experience with the ISC coilovers ie. are their spring rates exceptionally hard or not enough adjustment etc. Does anyone have a combination of the whiteline and ISC gear. Any feedback would be great as this is the last stop for me before my car is drivable again. Thanks
