ah k, yeh I'm not really sure with prices for this stuff, what are they worth normally in really good condition?

Oh sorry forgot location, its on gold coast around the helensvale area. had a few pm's about front bars, bonnets, rad's etc, parts that were damaged were the passenger door and rear 1/4 passenger side. and the front bar, bonnet, pods with afm's, radiator and air con got damaged. Haven't got a list with all prices up yet and was just gettin interest in clearing out some stuff that people may have bene after, once the engine and box are out, I will update with a massive list of whats left. hey me and a mate are stripping his 1990 r32 gtr, the car sustained a hit in the rear passenger side 1/4 panel and slight damage to the front left air pod side, no insurance so basically no choice but to strip it. The car was pretty much stock only a/m mods were bilstein colilvers, 3.5 inch cat back exhaust, 3 cup gauge holder with water/oil temp and oil pressure, strut braces, and some work equip wheels I'll get pics of said parts up later on, so far we have only sold the front brakes and diff so have a heap of stuff to clear. all suspension and interiors is out, except the engine and gearbox for now which will be out rather soon the car has a genuine 86,000 km's so if anybody if after stuff send me a pm or you can contact Dwayne on 0404140202 cheers

Nah we weren't really going quick hey, lost it around the turn about 60-70 k's, I said when we got in the car take it easy you crash it you own it. This wasn't no mountain run fun thing, he says he thought it was a different turn which is why he went into a bit to quick. PSI_GTSII "guessin you can't do or expect to much from your mate" your kidding right? so if you jump in someones car and you crashed it you wouldn't expect to pay for the damage you caused?

Yeh I wouldn't say I'm not to fussed more so on the depressive side, the car was to be sold in a week or 2 for 17,500 thats money that could have been in my account ready for another car, but now there is this major inconvience with payment from said driver which will need discussing and time frame when I get it etc, What can you do? thinking about just f**ks with your head. Insurance is a negative, Haven't got any as I never thought "I" would need to claim

Hey, Coming home from a mates party last night out in the mountain, let a mate drive my car home with me in at as I don't drink drive, well anyway the results of a amatuer and a gtr = bang He was braking into and out of the corner that he approached to quickly, so shifted the weight onto the front, back end stepped out as we were turning, he panicked quickly countrsteered and let it snap back then jump on brakes and off the road we went. 2 trees and a fence and we were pulled up. anyway what do you reckon, is it repairable or would you just strip it and sell it for parts? cheers

Hi I'm putting this up for a mate he has a r33 rb25det. now at the moment hes running out fo fuel due to stock injectors, has power fc supporting mods blah blah blah. Now I know that s15 injectors fit into the rb25, some people on here prob use them think there 440cc. But one thing from memory is that people with s13/14/15 can use rx7 injectors as they fit the sr and provide an extra gain going to 550cc, so my question is. Can the rx7 injectors (550cc) work on a rb25det, do they have the same impedence, or is there another cheapish upgrade out there Any help muchly appreciated, Thanks all

Ah k, no worries thanks Roughly how much timing are people adjusting 2-3 degress? and is advanced or retarded, So its basically better to leave it where it is then to move that 7 degrees off

Hi Putting this up for mate, I know a few people on here have put exhaust cam gears on their cars with stock cams and retarded/advanced the timing a bit for good results. Now is this possible to do with out using a ex gear, motor in question is a rb25det. Can he just go one tooth backward or forward as opposed to stock, He said to me tooth but I myself not 100% what the timing belt section up there looks like as im a timing chain person. Any info people can shed with results they have experienced and maybe some theory behind why a certain setup works well would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yeh problem was fixed a while ago, bug was around from around 6 in the morning to 12.

I feel like an idiot, yesterday I was going through the engine bay comparing where stuff is opposed to my 180 and I completely over missed the power steering resovoir, had a look at that just then and no oil was in it so topped that up and that got rid of the hicas light. And it is not a major swerve as the title suggests more just just like it strafes to left for half a second just to give you a quick shock. But yeh has only happened a few times last 2 times been off throttle after accelerating hard, if it happens again ill be going for a wheel allingment/get it put on a hoist by mechanic

Hmm K, thanks for that cause the hicas light never turns off so may be telling me something there, have to visit a workshop sometime soon and pop it on a hoist and get someone to look over it. Its just weird its done it prob 5 times now, did it again and I have noticed it after I give it a squirt so dont belive the road surface is the problem.

Hi guys just picked up my 32 gtr last night (farking love it awsome awsome car and thats coming from a 3037 equipped 180sx owner lol) and was just curious into something that has happened a few times. I was on the highway from picking the car up travelling arpound 110-120 on slight throttle to miantain speed wasn't really full concentrating so don't know any thing else, but all of a sudden the rear end of the car sorta stepped/steered out to the left and I had to correct the steering, it felt as if the rear wheels were turning as in 4 wheel steering. Another time I accelerated hard 1st 2nd 3rd for a little bit taking off onto a highway and when I backed off the throttle the car again sorta stepped to the left again, My car is suppose to be fitted with a tomei hicas lock, when I turn the car on the hicas light comes on and never goes away so I presume its cause its been locked. Is this normal possibly to do with power been distrubited to opposite wheels atesa? etc or something, its just got me worried as it is pretty scary when your car does something you dont expect. Also while driving theres no wobble or weird steering feel but the car does slightly pull to left not bad though.
