  1. Tyres are falken, suspension is apexi coil-over (blue in colour) adjustable. So around 220 is where it's at. cheers guys! time to check the parts section.

  3. Hi all. I want to go to wsid, but I want to break into high 12's.... At the moment Hybrid FMIC, filter, mongrel exhaust, locked diff, 4 puck clutch, fuel pump 040??, Dr Drift Ecu, r33 turbo,no interior bar two front seats. 255 rears on 17's. adj cam gears to go on (180rwkw?) I'm curious if this will achieve a high 12, or do I have a little bit to go yet??? What are your experiences in breaking 13's??? Cheers.
  4. I have a Dr. Drift ecu in my 32gtst fixed up a rich mixture problem that I had and freed up 15rwkw for not much$$$ was a different car when driving home.

    The body count would be like a terminator movie.....lets see numerous birds two dogs........and a 60kg wombat at 90km/h...intercoolers are very tough. but not easily repaired.
  6. Car still runs, have turned the boost riiight down. I will head to just jap and get a new core.....third time lucky I hope. Thanks for your help guys!
  7. G'day guys nad gals. I posted this on the maintenance section of the forum as well..... if anyone can give me some direction it will be greatly appreciated. I have not had much luck with coolers on my 32 gts-t, the first HKS core was stolen from WSID. The second (Hybrid) last night was damaged when I hit a full grown wombat at 90km/h. Rather than buying a new core is anyone able to tell me actually how much damage a FMIC take before you have to make it into an arty coffee table??? I don't have access to a digital camera but I will describe the damage. 10cm height, 7.5cm length positioned near the end tank. In this area the fins are bent but the veins through the core have only indented about 5mm. So to recap.....is this core still usable with some TLC, or does anyone know of a repair shop that will repair this damage......or should I just get a cheapie and cut my losses.   9. I get pulled over all the time!!!! I live in Ingleburn sw Sydney. It's come to the stage where I will pull over before they bring up the lights. I think they appreciate this in a way though....remember be polite. Though I was pulled up by a real *&^% from St Marys area command, the whole situation ended up with him giving me the bird and I wrote a letter to the police ombudsman.......now when I get pulled over there is none of the usual lift the bonnet crap....have I been black listed??
  10. I had a sc400 soarer at one stage and I went to cobra exhausts in Penrith on mugoa road. The dual 3inch with 3-4" x-force mufflers set me back $850. The shop was for sale I think....this is 2yrs ago now. If you go out that way ask for Dan Brady. Quality at a good price!
  11. I have had one on my 32 for about 4mths now...the 33 can fit on the 32 but it needed some help. I think the one I got was the plastic one for 90 odd. Less problems with the local highway patrol now! finding a factory air box is a bit of an art...when I was looking for one I had a weeks grace to get the pod enclosed and I searched high and low and could noty find one.... then the next week on the for sale forums I saw two or three in a week! Noticed the airbox on your post was cfibre...nice!

Acetone can be stored in either in plastic or brown analytical bottles (being the better but not the best thing to be sliding around in the boot). run tank till you are alomst empty...add the acetone via a fuel funnel (found at h/ware,servos etc) then add the premium on top, this would be a good mixing method due the aggitation and fluid turb. try it, even for a once off.
  13. G'day again. For results I can back to you all on tue/wed. currently r32 gts-t 155rwkw (dyno proven), getting some dyno time for chipped ecu, involves pre and post dyno runs. So far I am happy with the addition of acetone, therefore getting the A/F fixed running this mixture. Dan
  14. Read this post yesterday, had some acetone where I work as a lab technician, prior to this done some reasearch and found a few sites with an emphasis on racing recom 5% by volume. Acetone 100ml/L (pure analytical grade) 1L added to 20 odd L of prem. Very happy, can't wait to leave work and get back in the line.
