Not a matter of worthy dear. This is sometimes due to burden of work that you have done for last few days or weeks. Or may be due to the style of sleeping that you have adopted. Sometimes you feel comfortable in new one but not your body organs. So, try to relax and calm down.

Yeah there's always a factor of likening the imported one's. I think its quite natural, A person likes the things that are out of his country. But sometimes there are also several factors involved like quality, Rates, Models etc. These factors matters a lot.

Upgrading Brakes, Need To Upgrade Booster?

Its not the necessary but it is recommended the change of both items. This provide a good grip and control to the car, you can feel it easily. As when you change brakes and some time period, you'd come to know that its time to change the booster. So, its better to change them at a time. Sometimes you'll get some discount on it and this is the thing that everyone wants. -
If I was at your place, then I would like to start from zero, as this is required by the engine also. If you don't do this, there cause a problem. Which can be increase with the passage of time. Which can cause cease the engine. Also, when you finished your change then don't forget to fill the new and quality one oil which keeps protection.
