Goodguys performance in Bayswater held a dyno day for the r31 skyline club back in May or so.. It was $50 for just a power run no tuning. If you really want I can, or someone can just call them and book a day to do it. And inark.. reads higher than BMT & Racepace You would probably need about 10 cars or more to justify them holding the day for you. Dyno days are sweet because you get to see how everyone elses car performs and at the same time have a chat and meet new people.. Would you all like me to call them and see what I can do?? Or is Bayswater a lil too far for some of you West people?

This dyno is way low for sure!! RiggaP said he ran a 13.8 or something with a dyno result of 141rwkw... For your car to run high 13's you have to be pushing about 180rwkw plus.. I had my r31 dynoed at Goodguys in bayswater and got 160rwkw @ 12psi and I know my car is probably good for low to mid 14's.. Take it to the track, see what sorta MPH you get

Get a 32 and put a RB25DET in it, best of both worlds

Well I been here since 2002 so I guess im oldskool to an extent, I kept a low profile for quite some time just sussn out the site and forums. If this club had a lot more cruises you would see plenty more of me, but I just post here and there

James I just had a read through the FAQ piece that was put together, very good. My quesiton to you is in regards to being "official". When we organise cruises are we all covered under insurance as a club? Me being a member from the r31club and SAU am asking as we had a couple of members ( I belive R31SkylineChick went, who is a moderator here) and for us to attend such events like track days etc.. we did have to register as a club with the VSMA which is like the Victorian car club registry or something like that.. Have you guys looked into the VSMA at all?

January 3 2000. 3 days into the new millenium. Was driving to the city with a full car in a little oldskool corolla seca hatch and someone swerved in front of us, we went sideways to the right, then swung sideways to the left (going at 80km mind you) then slammed into the gutter, the car flipped and rolled 6 times! Mind you where it happened there was hundreds of metres of hugre trees withg a little gap of about 20 metres with no trees. We landed in the gap with no trees (The man above must of been watching out for us) Anyway I crushed my thumb, the window was open and basically my hand hit the ground with the car on top of it crushing my thumb to pieces, the car stopped on its side and the Jaws of life where required to cut all 5 of us out of this. To this day I still have no idea how we survived (especially after seeing the state of the car.. it was ****ed!) Anyways 2 weeks later on the radio a survey was done saying that if you where in a car accident the most chance of dying would be if you where in a corrolla seca!! How is that for trippy!! True Story.

Ive noticed that when it comes to cruises not a whole lot happens here. Ash (r31club member) is the only person here willing to organise one. /me cruises with the r31club weekly
