  7. I have an "as new" HKS T51R SPL- not KAI. It's the turbo, flange adaptor and custom dump pipe. Bought off a dyno queen with less than 500km. Rated over 800hp. Perfect condition, all you need is a manifold and external gate. Experts say to charge more than $4,000 cos a whole kit is worth more than 10k but I guess I'm open to offers. Very rare turbo. Call me on 0411 453 770 or pm me for more info.

  11. I took this stock front pipe off my R32 GTS4. I think it may fit the GTST as well but I'm not sure. Perfect condition. Pipe goes between dump pipe and cat. Located in Melbourne's western suburbs. Offers around $50 will make this piece of crap yours to pass roadworthy's and so on. $50 George 0411 453 770
  12. I'm pretty sure you will need it. I bought a dimmer dial from Jaycar electronics here in melbourne (they have a website) and just did a dodgy splice into the dash loom using the pinout guide.
  13. yeah how much for the airbox?
  14. Hey guys, my R32 GTS4 has had its ABS and 4WD lights on the dash always on for some time. Miraculously the ABS light went out but the 4WD is still on. One mechanic bled the fluid system from the nipple on the gearbox, but someone said there's another nipple on the diff? Can anyone confirm. The fluid reservoir in the boot works fine so I checked the little silver box under the parcel shelf for a fault code and there were 22 long red flashes. I looked it up on here and it said "fuel pump". What's the story? Any advice or ideas are much appreciated. :werd:
  15. i had mine sitting up a bit over the half way line and a funny idle. took it to nissan and they plugged a small computer into it and it said my "coolant temp. sensor" was stuffed. $68 later and it now reads a bit under half when hot and idles smooth.
  16. My R32 GTS4 is doing the same thing dammit! Thanks guys I will try those suggestions.
  17. Guys I was cleaning my R32 GTS4 and I noticed the 4WD fluid tank in the boot had a huge air pocket in the bottom section of the tank-read where the fluid is feeding from. I took it to a friend who works at nissan and he seems to think it's not just an air pocket but the fluid is not draining down through the filter because it might be blocked and cannot be cleaned out or replaced. So i now need to find another tank I think. He also says this is probably a good reason for my 4WD and ABS lights always staying on. Does this sound reasonable to anyone? Does anyone know if the GTR's run the same tank arrangement? I'd like to fix it before I destroy the 4WD system. Thanks in advance, Big George.
  18. thanks again fellas, interesting feedback. I'll trial fit it to the computer and see if it works, before I drill holes in my car. And I'm not ungrateful for the replies but I still want more replies if possible because clearly there are different views on this. Thanks again- George.
  19. and i know nothing about clutches, except a cushion button is nice and comfy, a brass button is brutal. Organic wears out quicker than ceramic composite. that's all people have told me so far...
  20. Hey Lindsey, this post looked lonely so I'll take a crack at it. The standard 2835 is a sweet little turbo, needs and external wastegate on it's manifold though. The Pro S has it's own internal wastegate i think, so it's easier to hook up. But hey, all the smart guys out there can prove me wrong if they want.
  21. thanks for your opinion man, that sounds fair enough, doesn't seem like you could damage anything from that setup. Interesting...
  22. Moved to where? Sorry, didn't know where to post this. Has anyone got any other solutions?
  23. Thanks B-Man, I was going to try that way too, done it on 6 cars I owned, but people seem to think there's other stuff involved. Like to hear from R32 owners especially, in case it's different to R33's.
  24. I've tried searching the forums but I can't get a straight answer. I want to run a monster tacho in my R32 GTS-4 RB20DET. I'm told the standard tacho won't hook up to the wires because the computer runs 8 volts and the tacho needs 12 volts. Is this true? I have a wiring diagram and I'm all set to go but i don't want to damage anything. Can anyone help me with this? I'm in Melbourne if anyone cares... Thanks guys, George.
  25. I'm interested too, for the money he's asking it seems like a good thing-especially if you have a modded engine. I think I'd make more, i have bigger cams and gears, good fuel system and cooler, but maybe the cash should buy me a programmable computer. What point (power wise) do you guys think I should change from the Nissan computer to aftermarket? BTW I lifted my carpets on passenger footwell to clean them and found 3 APEXi "fuel computers"-that's all they say in english-rest is Japanese. Weird!
