Ffs defect stations all around powercruise

And just as I said it.... defect station on the cunningham highway...

I work next to the track ALOT nice gear floating around near the track . Should be awesome... bit scared to take any of my cars tbh defects and tbe like

Anyone else scared to drive to powercruise after the downshift debacles

Spoted a red r33 today in booval... that can only be described as sexual

I searched " rb26 stock turbo rebuild" and "gtr 33 stock turbos" Amongst others so please #@GTSBoy what should I search for

So the stock gtr arent renowned for strength . What are they actually capable of as a pair stock. And what are the capable of rebuilt witb steel wheels What are they capable of hi flowed

I reckon shes sucking air in between the afm and turbo

Yer I know right. They "looked over it" before the inspector came and now its rooted ... can here something blowing but shes not going anywere quickly

So I put the car in for a saftey cert..... 24 hours later cars f**ked.... bogs down about 4 k and wont go anywhere

Neither,BUlb popped on the way to rocklea I stopped and got a bulb to change it Pulled out my rear tail light to show there adr compliant too.... fair bit of experiance arguing defects .. sa is king for it. He Wasnt expecting me to strip it or argue with the front end. JUst need to be polite know your legislation and most importantly keep your mods legal (ish :-p)

Indicators and he tried and tried to get me for the typhoon front end over and over And roadworthy.which being on sa plates you dont have or need

I drove past In a stock xr6t (recently reverted back to, previously 350 plus), defected .. not just the imports

Hate to say it . But I think we need to do it the way its done ( by some) in SA . Meets are very short notice. And through rabbit warren type roads (adelaide hills)or way out of the city ( mannum / murray bridge) . While thats sad and it shouldnt come to that . The police are driving the scene underground. SA is bad though with people having fully hidden mods. From housing performance parts inside stock ones to. Grinding brands off parts and hitting it with a hammer to make it look cast. Seems that qld is going the same way. Theres only so many times you can reach out and try and have a positive relationship with the constabulary.

Just a blown indicator bulb on the turbo .. cop shop defect... bit crap though seeing as I had the bulbs sitting in the centre console that I bought today to change tomorrow
