I'm after an amp but I'm not sure what I would require for the sub I have. ROCKFORD FOSGATE 12" RFP1212 2 x 4 Ohm Nominal Impedence. Power Handling 400 Watts RMS/800 Watts Peak. 88.7 dB Sensitivity. 2.5 Inch Voice Coil Diameter I also have some JBL speakers for front and back. I think fronts are 50W RMS - 150W Peak and rears 60W RMS - 180W Peak or something similar. I can find out exactly if needed. Can someone help me with what I need. Thanx.

I have a GFB Atomic bleed valve. It's set to 14 psi. Initialy it spikes to 15 psi but quickly comes back to 14 psi and holds it perfectly all the way to redline.

I just had my Auto R32 tuned. It made 168rwkw. Mods are: pod, 3" full exhaust, RB25 turbo and FMIC and 14 psi with GFB bleed valve. FMIC alone made 14rwkw difference on stock boost. (144rwkw on 10psi) At the same time there was another R32 manual, with RB25 conversion with pod, exhaust and FMIC and it made 160rwkw on stock boost (7psi)

I have a Hybrid cooler on my Auto R32. My mods were pod, 3" full exaust, rb25 turbo and just with the cooler itself I gained 14 rwkw on stock boost.

Mine is running of the plenum. Hold 14 psi flat with a GFB bleed valve.

I've been looking for around over a year for the custom ones. Dominic from Autostyle has a mould for them but he doesn't want to sell them as they are his signature on the R32's he sells. The original of those light were made by http://www.info-nagano.co.jp/infinity/ but they haven't been selling them for over 2 years now. The RRP was $700. Also, they are a defect and you can't engeneer them as they don't have parking lights.

Mine does chirp. I have 225 tires at the back and about 140rwkw on a R32.

For early R32 the recommended spark plug is heatrange 5. After finding this out changed mine to 5 and it feels a lot smoother and the morning starts are much better. With brand new platinum 6's the car would stall a few times in the morning unless I give it a bit of help with the accelerator pedal. I had them for a year. Since I changed to 5's the car has not stalled once.

Mine has a BIG 23 number on it. It also has 23710 - 04U11 - MEC-R109 - - 8516. Mine is an Auto, R32 - 89 model. Does anyone know what the numbers mean?

Sorry I confused the "long motor" with the "bottom end". My bad.

14:1 was before I changed the fuel pump and now the AFR is about 11.3 on stock boost.

Cubes - what performance would you expect from the RB25de bottom end and RB20det head? Would R32 and R33 RB25de long motors be different?

What about the oil goint to the HICAS system and the warning light on the dash. I belive if you just install the bar the HICAS computer will see it as a problem with the system and turn the warning on.

What are the inner windows strips called? Mine are stuffed on the 4 door and it keeps ripping the tints off.

So, we have a few ppl who bought this shift kit. Is everyone happy with it? Does anyone regret getting it? I'm definitely on the HAPPY list.

You are on the right track. A fair bit of money needs to be spent on top of the GTST to make similar power of a stock GTR and at the same time you losing on reliability. Top power of RB20 is about 250rwkw and this is with all the support systems upgraded and an excellent tune. If you have the money go GTR.

Just give Mike at MV a call. He'll look after you. I think it was $250 for the install of the valve body (shift kit) and the trans cooler. The trans fluid was mine.
