I have SII R33 GTS25t Sedan in manual form bought from these guys http://www.autoworx.com.au . The SII R33 sedan has different tail lights to the series 1, they sort of stick out a bit. Stock there is not much difference to the coupes, from my experience. With some dark tint, nice wheels and lowered they look very subtle but with that understated tough look, even without the factory optional bodykit. Everything but the exhaust/side skirts/rear bar/spoilers is pretty much a bolt on affair between couple and sedan. Plus its a fairly rare car, i chose it after going to car yards and seeing coupes everywhere, insurance was cheaper when i checked 2 years ago. Plus the interior was the best of any car i looked at. cheers Evil

Best burnout scene ever Veilside RX7 around 33GTR with 2 lovely chicks inside, magic. I liked it better than the first two, but yeah the ending was a bit "unbelievable". Except for the graphics/stickers/vinyls i think the cars were pretty representative, but you could definatley tell the bias towards nissan/350z and the Evo ala 2F2F. peace Evil

Same here Im looking for a twin outlet exhaust system. The drift brand that autobarn advertise in HPI have one, and the other that i have seen is the Reinhard (look damn cool though). Ive got a sedan and have an x-force 3in system with a barrel muffler, little did i know when i bought it, that it was the "angled" type and looks a bit strange sticking out to the side, as it sits too close to the bumper . So im looking for a nice dual outlet muffler like the reinhard - dual separate mufflers, 3in inlet -> 2 x 2 1/2in - 3in barrels? Wonder if that decibel rating is just the muffler or a catback system? cheers Evil

I let it idle for about 30sec - 1min, just to get some oil in the head, then just take it easy, shifting before 3000rpm, in the time it takes to drive about 1-2ks the oil pressure drops and the engine is warming up 3-4ks its in operating temp. Also if im sitting/idling for prolonged periods of time, i generally give the engine a little rev every 45 or so seconds. Castrol Synthetic R 5w-40 as its probably the best i can get where i live. Heard they discontinued it though and replaced it with something else, EDGE i think, ( what do you know, a little search and there it is http://www.castroledge.com.au ) btw anyone know if EDGE is any good? cheers Evil

What Decent Component Speakers Around $250-300?
EvilINGT replied to JimX's topic in Car Audio & Electrical
Hi Guys Ive got CDT Audio 6.5in splits. The tweeters are awesome and the Driver has amazing base. I have the classic series CL-61 but they are a bit expensive, i paid $450 for mine second hand. http://cdtaudio.com/ recomend them to anyone. BTW they are running off a Lanzar 4 x 100W RMS amp. Much better than the Alpine Type R 6.5in coaxials in the back (too trebly and bassy, no real midbass). Also i have a CDT SQ-120 12in Sub in the boot, mounted in a custom enclosure but that doesnt take up much space, they can be mounted in very small enclosures and still get great responsive/clear bass, but once again quite pricey. That runs off a DD - M1 amp which is a bit overkill for that sub. Anyway just throwing another brand in there for consideration. cheers Evil -
A bit off topic. This probably sounds stupid but i had to use a 22mm spark plug socket as it was thin walled enough to fit in the holes over a standard 22mm type socket. I also remember seeing some lightweight racing type nuts advertised in HPI a couple of issues back, think they were black. cheers Evil

Hey dude i found a set second hand but they are 19s, but your not going to like the price and probably the freight as well. http://c-red.com.au/parts/wheels.shtml good luck Evil

Yeah i have Nankang NS-IIs on my R33 GTS25t, 225/40/18 Front - 235/40/18 Rear. I have them as i live in Broome WA and we have pretty shocking roads up here, gravel everwhere, sand on the roads, and huge potholes from the monsoonal rains . I couldt really justify spending some big $$$s for great tyres knowing that they would wear excessively quick without even giving them heaps. The nankangs are pretty horrible in the wet, wheels have spun on wet roads, and i wasnt even giving any. Although i think they are fine for a daily driver type tyre, wouldnt do any spiritied driving on them though. Have to say the old 225/50/16 federals i had were better than these. Going to go the 235/40/18 federals next time for $249 (Broome prices ). cheers Evil

Wheel Sizes & Offsets For Skylines
EvilINGT replied to Sydneykid's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Skyline model = SII R33 GTS-25t Sedan Wheel Brand = Lenso GT-05 Wheel diameter = 18 Wheel width = 8(f), 8® Wheel offset = +38 Tyre size = 225/40/R18, 235/40/R18 - Nankang NSII Modifications to fit - Larger front rotors to increase space between caliper and spokes. Plus fill up that large gap between wheel and calipers . These wheels will not fit over the front caliper without spacer or grinding the caliper. Ive gone to a 32GTR V-Spec disc (324mm x 30mm, a 28 mm increase in disc diameter) to clear the spokes. Also i think people should be posting up brand and model of wheel so that others can see if their wheel of choice will fit over the front calipers. cheers Evil -
Are Spacers For Your Wheels Dangerous
EvilINGT replied to blackbeast's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Yeah, i had wheels that didnt fit over the calipers, and ended up grinding some off the caliper to make them fit. Ive got new front calipers on the way with a 32GTR disc upgrade to get the clearance i need now though. Personally i wouldnt go for spacers, i think they are illegal in WA anyway, but if you had to have those particular wheels, i would go the bolt on route, dont grind caliper (like me) it looks crap . This thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=84208 should help in wheel choice for sizing offset cheers Evil -
Genuine Nissan pedals $200-$220 inc freight off the top of my head. Evil

Bringing back a bit of an old thread but what about hyper black? I think the Lenso GT-05 is a bit of a rip of this wheel anyway . If i had my time again ....

Probably no-one cares. But just to update , i now have a set of pedals, the ones in the pic on the left (which im assuming are 34 GTR pedals, as i saw them on the 34 GTR that GOD FOOT drives in the near final battle of Initial D - 4th Stage Project D, not having remembering what the interior of 34GTR looks like). And i sourced them through Kudos Motorsport. They fit a R33 GTS25t almost perfect with the exception of the metal behind the accelerator pedal needing a bit grinded off on the top right. Also not shown in the pic, is an alloy plate for the footrest, plus a new footrest, though the new alloy plate can just replace the old rubber one. cheers Evil

Group Buy - Dba Slotted Rotors - From $195 Each.
EvilINGT replied to performance-wise's topic in For Sale (Business Traders)
Hi gR33ddy Im interested in a set of R32 GTR Vspec Fronts (324mmx30mm) - $220.00each discs and Rear R33 GTS25t (297mmx18mm) - $195.00each. Freight to BROOME WA 6725. Are you still able to get these? Please PM details. cheers Evil -
Hi everyone I got some rims that were the wrong offset (i live in Broome WA, no good rim wheel shops, and prices are ridiculous anyway) and grinded a bit off the calipers to make them fit, but ive got some new calipers on the way, and was thinking of doing the GTR 324mm x 30mm DBA4000 slotted rotor upgrade. Roy - where did you get the brackets from for your conversion? As this is the only part i will now need so i can get the clearance i require. cheers Evil BTW sorry for the post hijack

Ha I pay $1.43 a litre in Broome WA for BP Premium 95 octane . Quit whining . I have to buy a $20 bottle of octane boost, cos its an average of 32 degrees everyday, and i dont want to boost, so i cant damage anything. At least im averaging 420-450 ks a tank. My 2c Evil

Off topic But i have the Lenso GT-05 in Shadow Chrome and they look hot on a silver/gunmetal skyline, reckon they would look awesome on black. BTW i have also never seen the GT-05 on a car in a magazine or even on the lenso website, let alone on a car in the street. cheers Evil
