Hello, I would like to purchase a vehicle that has a turbo, and I was wondering if it would be possible to purchase a vehicle that is under the high power vehicle, and put a weaker turbo on the car that promotes Fuel efficiency over performance, if I were to do this would the car become p plater approved?
