  1. Most top end Alpine Head units have had DAB (Digital Radio) capability for about 9 years. My unit will play most of the features that are going to be bought in to Australia. You can buy adaptors to receive the audio image however things like text alerts will not be available unless the circuitry can show it.
  2. This i like, it has potential... place a Red "V35" behind it... bigger scale and slighter lower than center.
  3. Aren't these wheels the wrong offset for a V35?
  4. Japanese Partner of your brother and she hasn't translated yet? What's wrong with ya?
  5. I thought you were going to look? Pretty easy I would have thought... get someone who prints on Vinyl to do one! Match colours and Font... Does it light up?
  6. This is the one... My choice... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/po...T-Club-OZ-4.jpg Now, how do u expect to make it? Vinyl Cut, Printed or Both? How will you make the red fade darker as it comes down?
  7. They can still go wrong, all though the AFM is sometimes more of an issue. Ant - Cool link, lots of relevant or at the very least interesting details. Silver sticker isn't the best way to highlight a recall has been carried out, anyhow they seem to use it for lots of different things on different models.
  8. You got it... well almost! that's what I was talking about... "Even Number" thickness through the whole design of 350! The GT was always pretty right but the 5 was a fair way off... imho. What do you mean Final? Can you just try a couple of things, please? Please extend the bottom of the number 5 to the Left, so it is equal length with the top half. Then add a little gap between the 3, 5 & 0... not much but just a touch about double the highlight thickness. That'll be right in my eyes then... Anyhow, as for cutting it out of vinyl, you will lose that highlight, unless you print onto the vinyl. Printing on the Vinyl is now happening more often than standard cutting, as you can add some cool colour effects. and the 5 is consistant.
  9. good idea and what I meant is make the whole font uniform width... all the way around each letter http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/po...8171-LogoV7.jpg This one has unequal sections of letter... can you see? Th ones on the car look good though so you must have done something. Or my eyes are going funny.
  10. I agree the last sethaiyaar 350GT font is not quite there now... I like the Club Australia thing tho. Make it a little more rounded and 'even' in shape. Make all the legs of the letters the same thickness.
  11. This last one is my pick at the moment... perhaps you need to increase the strength (bold?) to the Club Oz font, maybe add some "stroke" to it!! Or lower it slightly away from main font, or change the colour of it.
  12. Rocker Cover Gasket, did they know that was under the bonnet... bl**dy hell. Noise in rear end, unless something is broken it sounds like a worn bush, tie-rod or similar, which 'should' be easy to find. Shame the shop couldn't find it, but I doubt you need to go back there. It isn't difficult with a pair of eyes and not much else. As for suspension shops in Melb, sorry no idea... great shop in Geelong though. Pole Position, do some lovely work with Koni's, Bilstein, King Springs and Whiteline stuff... Anyway, I have a R33 GTS-T with Koni's, lowered king springs, whiteline adjustable swaybars and Strut braces front and rear. Fairly firm and 'tuff' ride but sticks like glue... Coilovers would over a little more setup variations but will be probably firmer, like RS73 said. Would love to go for a ride in BLISTC's setup as it looks and sounds good, especially with adjustability, but pretty sure that Coilovers will not fix the noise. They will also not generally offer you the same standard of comfort based ride that a V35 is famed for.
  13. Cheers Rianto... cashed up? i wish! As for the Brembo's, obviously the size, piston numbers and quality of the Caliper is just as (if not more) important as the disc size... Same size and piston number Brembo is always going to be a little better than a standard caliper...
  14. so what is the latest year with Brembo's available?
  15. 300ma doesn't sound a lot, but if that is what you measured it surely wouldn't flatten a battery in 2 days... must be something else you are missing. 300ma vs 450CCA battery (approx) take a while to kill the starting function I would have thought. Would have thought that any Auto Electrician could find the current draw somewhere.
  16. Must have a draw somewhere... broken relay? If you have 14v when car is running then all should be good. Do you ever see the battery light on the dash? Just make sure that it doesn't drop every so often... mine when down to 1 volt for a second or so, then it did it for longer and longer over a few months. Had to change Regulator/Rectifer. So you leave GPS on?
  17. it shouldn't make a difference... but I bet it is incorrectly tensioned Or it is the air con and it had switched off and was off load.
  18. Good work... I am also a bit concerned at font...
  19. What is the Nissan Filter worth? Surely that is good enough... A good brand oil should suffice and mag plugs a re a good idea... RB211's have lots of them.
  20. Newest Model you can afford... +2 Then find someone who can translate!
