Intercooler sold. Parcel shelf and speaker covers back on the market. When i pulled the speaker covers off to shop as per the buyers request, two plastic tabs broke so he no longer wanted them. Other than that, no dramas with them. Still negotiable on all the gear, get in before it goes in the bin.

Gday all, so im going to bump this thread up rather than start a new one. Is it possible or has anyone swapped over a r32 GTR drivers seat to a passenger seat? I have the passenger seat rail so my thoughts were to unbolt the GTS-T seat, bolt on the GTR seat then bolt the rail to the car. Anyone done this before i waste time trying?

Yeah fair call, after being underneath it there is the same amount of rubber on both sides so it must hook up ok haha!! Finally finished getting rid of all the glue and sound deadener, what a crap job haha!! Glad its done now, got rid of about 15kg worth. Found some surface rust and a few rust holes that ill need to weld up. Next step is to weld up the holes, tidy up and then paint. Parcel shelf to go however, will knock that over soon. Also console back in, keeping the AC and heater to retain comfort! This is as much of the trim as im putting back in however. Cheers

On my fake Greddy install, I had the one at the rear top going to the brake booster, then i had 4 smaller ports. 1 to the cam breather, BOV, fuel reg and factory boost controller. Should be a pic in my thread of it!

Think the last lights are not actually indicators, believe them to be licence plate lights. Parcel shelf sold, well the speaker covers anyway. The buyer doesnt need the parcel shelf so if anyone if after the shelf minus the speaker covers let me know. (This was cleared with the buyer as it will be cheaper on freight!!) If not, in the bin it will go!

The pillar trims are broken in the corners but good enough for a road worthy! $20 for heater separator and $20 for trim R32 GTS-T hicas. Was unplumbed when I removed it so unsure if it works. Comes with two tie rods. Good enough condition $50 Clear indicators, GTR or GTS-T not sure they were in the glovebox! Also not sure if they work as they wernt connected to the car. $50

Sorry mate, should of added its for a track car and i have already moved the battery to the boot. Those quotes were just for the cold side!!! If anyone knows of someone that can do it for a good price please let me know

Gday everyone, I have installed a fake Greddy front facing plenum on my RB25 in my R32, so now looking at getting the piping from the throttle body to the intercooler sorted. What have you all done when faced with this? Ive had some quotes ranging from 500 to 1500, have thought about doing it myself, plus im keeping an eye out on the classified sections. On top of this, what are thoughts on 2.5 or 3 inch piping on the cold side? From a bit of reading 3 inch could be a bit laggy but others have said it will be fine. Trying to keep on a budget and be a tight ass!! Cheers

Few more jobs out of the way. Installed the lock bar after removing the Hicas. Found it like this: With no lines going to the engine bay, win job half done! Explains the Hicas warning light too. When the conversion was done they must of kept the non-hicas power steering pump on the engine and just not hooked it up, works for me. Lock bar on: Just have the wire to cut so i done have a warning light. Pic of the diff, does this look like a standard R32 diff? Im not sure what it is, would be great if someone knew, has these markings on the bottom of it, 94 represent the year? Would make it an R33 of some sort im guessing While I had the car up on 4 stands had a look underneath, tail shaft looks pritty new. Im guessing this is a custom one to make it all work with the gearbox Pic of the exhaust while i had it off, its bluddy massive Bigger rear sway bar, another win Can anyone confirm if this is a R33 gearbox? Chipped off some of the sound deadening so i could get the dash back in, when doing the whole car ill get some dry ice. Quick coat of paint, then got most of the dash back in. no pics as it got dark very quickly Cheers

Finished up the battery relocation. Came up pritty well and nice and neat. Works perfectly, including positive action on the circuit breaker and cut of switch. Used the cut off switch as a way to link up the new positive cable with the existing cable. Was a bitch to get it in behind the fuse box like that but got it done!! Cut off switch Cable up under the front guard following the factory harness Again following the factory harness Earth strap, seems to earth it all well when i tested it with the multi-meter Finished product! Quick look of how the dash looks at the moment Also in some of the pics you can see the interior is now stripped. Will put some of the dash back in, up to the front of the gear shifter. Have it all out so that i can get rid of all the glue and sound deadening using dry ice, another job on the list! Also have the throttle body all hooked up ready for the piping to get made Cheers

Ah, perfect thanks mate. think ill just block it off. Seems like there is nothing else that needs to have a vacuum feed on it. After going on the turbosmart website, seems like its hooked up correctly (when the line is hooked up) so not sure there. It does need a computer and tune, maybe thats why it was disconnected.
