haha im starting my Fly in fly out work with WMC shortly so im not even gona be here to finish up my own engine just yet Its not to bad to install you just have to pull alot of crap out and remember where it goes! The only things that i can see that i need to get done professionaly are get the gtr sump modded and modify the exhaust. The wiring im not to sure about yet but i doubt that will be hard It took me a good day to pull the engine out - ive never done anything like it before so yea it took me a bit.

SHit i work up at clarkson - well i have 2 more weeks left here so ill be keeping all eyes out - ill ask the students if they know anything to. good luck

Hey all I have used geniune hybrid interooler piping + silicon + clamps to suit hybrid cooler for sale. Dont need it anymore as im putting a new engine in which requires new cooler piping. yeah its such a good engine - turbos are in perfect nick and the rest of it looks great! im doing all the installing myself as i think labour is such a rip - unles its for something you need an expert for

I got it from a place i found searching thru google called tweakit www.tweakit.net i payed 7k deliverd and i must admit so far everything with them was awsome just gota make sure the engine runs fine now! but i got it within a week after paying, it came in a big packd nicely with EVERYTHING including all the under dash wiring from the car.. i wont need it but yeh. Nice guys, they return your phone calls too

yea i cant wait to take it for a spin im like a little kid who needs to chuk a piss to hop back into a turbo car again! haha its been 2 long ive forgottn what its like! yea i was going to strip the paint on the plenum and get the rocker cover painted metallic blue when the engine is sorted i just gota fork out money now to get sum stainless cooler piping made up

It sais basicly my exhaust wheels are made out of Inconel.

hey all Well its been since the start of nov when i started ripping my car apart and after all this time from being screwed around and the rest of it i finally got an engine! Its a r33 '98 gtr 24U n1 engine with n1 turbos etc. Ill get some pics of it in a sec once my camera batteries charge up! So i should be back on the roads sometime soon and REALLY look forward to driving my r34 and not my mums astra

heya basicly i didnt think they where n1 turbos either untill i spent a couple of hours taking one of the turbo's off and looking at the serial number which matches the n1 turbos. There do seem to be a few differences- look at the text document below. I didnt get many pics cos for some reason our $700 digital piece of crap camera takes blurry photos when its dark! to any1 who cares i finaly got the turbo off and it has 14411-24U10 on the plaque which means its n1 i spose no1 knows how much boost these r33 n1's can take safely?

its the whole engine itself its from an r33 gtr its got everything just wanted to know whats so good about it?

I pulled of the dump pipe and around the edges i see.. GARRETT .64 696-6 Edit: I just started another post to find any info on the engine The block is a 24U N1 engine.

yea i just saw that how big is the hole on stock dump pipes?

is there any1 at all that can help!? here is a pic of the intake wheel its steel not ceramic if that helps. ta brendan

also is there any1 that can find information about an engine via that nissan software of whatever?

the diameter of the end of the stock dump pipe is about 60mm
