STATE GOVERNMENT RELEASE About Friday Night
CroatianDlite replied to GTRSRULE!!!'s topic in New South Wales
all though ur post was imporatnt considering how many people pass through that area ona fridya night... i must tell u this... u might as well take down that sydney fc image, she aint gonna last. once "ethnic" based clubs are expelled from the state leagues - there will be nothing left! no one can start a new club based in a city which has no following or an artificial support base. Long Live Sydney United SC. The best thing ever for Soccer Australia. -
oh great... i sold me 'line to a bloke that lives in wollongong... it better not have been him........

3 people die on central coast - R34 GTR ripped in half
CroatianDlite replied to Blitz's topic in New South Wales
Young driver had crashed his own car November 26, 2004 P-PLATE death driver Emile Dousset had already been in an accident in his own Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 before the smash that claimed his life and his two friends. Mourners visiting the crash site yesterday said no one had been seriously injured in the earlier crash. "I didn't know him well but I know for a fact he had already crashed his own R33 about six months ago," Stephen Deas said. "It is just really sad, especially knowing that he had been in an accident before in such a similar car." Emile's father Graeme has already revealed his son did not have permission to drive his father's higher-grade model Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. That car was named best GTR in NSW at a Nissan Skyline show on the Central Coast earlier this year. Second placegetter, GTR-R R33 owner Trent Stibbard, said the cars themselves were safe, and had the suspension and top-class brakes to support their big engine. "It's more dangerous to drive around in those hotted-up, four-cylinder Mitsubishi Mirages that don't have the equipment to deal with such power," Mr Stibbard said. Meanwhile, the mother of an 18-year-old P-plate driver said she wasn't able to send her son to a driving course because they were not provided at Beechwood, near Port Macquarie. The woman said her son Daniel had driven his $26,000 Nissan 180 SX for little over a week before was in an accident. While he was unharmed, Mrs Shipley believes he will end up like Mr Dousset unless he receives some training. "They have the cars but they don't have the experience and I'm just scared that Daniel's small crash could be followed by a much bigger one," said Mrs Shipley, who has written to Mr Scully with her concerns. can anyone confirm these details? -

Todd Zemek, a psychologist at Melbourne's Swinburne University, said computer games like Need For Speed were purposefully blurring the lines between fantasy and reality. extracted from http://dailytelegraph.news.com.au/story.js...storyid=2288500 seriously. these idiots need to take a good long hard look at themselves. if you cannot distingusih the difference between reality and games - then u shouldnt be operating HEAVY MACHINERY... what is wrong with the world today? why are people so naive and ignorant. why does it take something like this, where a work of art and four (the baby) lives have to be taken away for people to open their eyes. http://dailytelegraph.news.com.au/story.js...storyid=2288498 eeek! cars dont kill people, people kill people. the government is going about it all wrong like usual and as someone mentioned, jumping to rediculous solutions. but u must remmeber, they do that to keep the ignorant public happy. they think that by doing 40 outside a school zone means no accident.... if that is the case, have they thought about the amount of children have be killed by reversing cars in driveways?> im pretty sure they are doing under 40! anyways, to my point... kids should b kept off the roads, becuase roads are meant for cars, and kids should be kept out of high powered vehicles. - to an extreme case, when you learn to fly a plane, do u jump straight into a 747 (ie GTR) or do u have HUNDREDS of hours of flying lessons and experience in little properlor planes (ie Barina) - eh i hope u get my point and its bascially to say - the kid shouldnt have been driving that car in the first place. there is always and older person watching over the minor - and he.she must take responsibility for that child and his/her actions. you cannot go around telling other people to slow down, or whatever! -
