Hi all I have a Wolf 3D ECU for sale, with the hand controller and it has never been used. I purchased it from a member off here about 6 months ago, and I have never got around to using it. - I have the original box it came in, and the original tax invoice / receipt. I'm now buying a house, and I'd the Mrs wants a new couch. So I have to part with this unfortunately. Brand new these go for 1400 or more with the hand controller. Since this is still new, and never been plugged in I'm asking $1200. (thats how much the couch is, haha) The ECU is a straight plug in for an r33 or r32. Getting it tuned to perfection will cost you about 2hrs on the dyno at your local tuner. Visit the Wolf AEM site for more info, these are a very good ECU. some good cheapies are "nexxen" they arent a performance tyre by any means, but that are good just for everyday use. about 145 per tyre for 235/45 r17

I've got one of these, and they hold boost very hard. dual settings, and the option to choose how sharp or mild you want the boost to come on. and the boost gets to the max setting it doesn't move at ALL

Why not have a look at the Wolf 3d v4, if you haven't already, as an option, someone in this thread already stated that you can have installed, tuned hand controller the lot for under 2000, with pc software etc.. Not trying to confuse things, but might be an option ?

by the way, if the plug "model" name has "r" in it, it norally means resistor. ie : BCP6RES as opposed to BCP6ES ... big diff !

Hey dude. Had the samt problem with mine when i upped the boost... and i had the same thought, coil packs... but, I think i may had some good news for you. It was only the spark plugs. Try putting in some normal NON platmum or iridium plugs, and make sure the gap is 0.6. Use NGK BCP6ES make sure its the NON RESISTOR type. I'm pretty certain that this will stop your misfiring. Try this first before anything else, as it's the cheapet thing that could go wrong. - looking at your mods, its also the most likely. Give it a go and lemme know how it goes . M

GTR rear braces fit r33 gts-t Series 1 AND 2 without a prob?

Any more news on the rear brace for r33 yet? - really keen on one if it's going to be possible in the end... I've seen them fitted before.. you have to play with the parcel shelf

a while ago, i had an exhuast system on the NA motor before i swapped over... 2.5 inch system.. the resenator/muffler had a lose baffle inside... it was making the noise at certain rpm's maybe swap the resonator.. they dont cost much at all. cheap as chips in comparison to fitting new system.

the mirror clicking is normal dude. just means it wont go any further, dont bother getting it checked, its normal.

as far as rods go.... What are people's opinions on billet rods? Are they worth the 1400... or would it make more sense to use GTR rods.. (rb25det bulid up) I'm deceided on using arias pistons.... just moving onto the next decision ! thanks ! matt

Before I did the conversion I was going through about 350-400km for a full tank. I drove it hard though..... Doesn't sound too over the top to me, see how the o2 sensor goes, doubt it's the problem but worth a go ! good luck mate
