  1. Please explain what is so horrible about it?
  2. Yesterday day I spotted GTT4DR going down Canterbury Rd then 1 min later a white R33 same road then 2 min later on Colchester rd another white R33. Hatrick! And this morning a silver R33 (was it you Birds? Looked like your car ) at the intersection of Canterbury Rd and Mitcham Rd. I was in the R32.
  3. Not necessarily. You don't need to pull the turbo off to check the blades, just pull off the dump / front pipes. Stick with the factory tacho, if it is reading 1,000rpm then something is wrong bringing up the idle (air leak) or you need it adjusted.
  4. Not 100% correct. The spark is not ''too weak'' the fact is higher boost is causing the engine to rev quicker so air veloicity is alot quicker and will blow out a large spark (big gap eg. 1.1mm gap). So yes a smaller gap (and spark) is used on turbo cars becuase of this reason. Cheers.
  5. Check your spark plugs and ignition timing.
  6. Both genuine and aftermarket seals were used.
  7. I'm down for either Salt, Let Me In, or The Sorcerer's apprentice... The sooner the better!

  21. There is never a ''best option'' when picking something such as cams. Also those cams are for turbo application. He would be better off getting a custom profile with a re-grind.
  22. Dont bother spending extra cash, just get coppers, use BKR6E-11 for N/A.
  23. I personaly run Bendix Generals pads with RDA slotted rotors. Awesome setup.
  24. It's not so much the slower the spark travels it's the fact that there is a larger distance it needs to travel. Also the spark doesn't travel back and foward it just jumps between the contacts. I re-read what you posted twice, I am a bit tired but I can see where you are comming from. The only thing I dont agree / understand is that the plug doesn't need to recharge. It fires every combustion stroke so its not working for 3 strokes. So I don't know if that is worked into your maths.
