  1. Not 100% sure whether it is pre or post cat. Imagine it would be post cat.
  2. The z145a does fit the 34 GT-T. I think that is a mistake on the ryco page saying its a different model as I have a z145a fitted at the moment and previously.
  3. Ouch. I get 350km to 40L and thats with an often very heavy foot .
  4. If you want the best audio advice, lotsa tutorials etc best place to check would be car audio australia forum. Can't remember the URL off the top of my head though. Google it.
  5. There is a valve in the exhaust that this adjusts. Was a factory option. Basically the setting for sport opens the valve more for increased flow but is louder and vice versa. If it is an aftermarket exhaust switch does nothing. Also the valve tends to jam up with all the junk that goes through an exhaust and is most likely locked in one position.
  6. There are a few 4 door R34s in Canberra. Three that I know of: Know of a black, white and a grey one. Unfortunately none of them are members or post on here.
  7. I'll most definitely be buying in the next 6 months. Will keep it in mind.
  8. ECU is not the same fyi.
  9. I'll take it. PM Me account details and I will Direct Deposit.
  10. Sounds like you've wound the boost up too high and with the cold weather you are hitting fuel cut due to overboosting? I often see upto 2lb of extra boost in really cold weather. EBC doesn't seem to be able to prevent it going that high when its caused by low air temperatures.
  11. Start advertising at 25k. You won't get it but its a good place to start. GT-Ts are sold in the high 20s so don't start at 30k.
  12. Pfffft. My car is on the Scott's Big Boy's Toys add.
  13. There was a thread on here that listed the actual error codes and what each one is. Can't seem to find it atm. I would suggest you check that the sensor is plugged in. Pretty simple for them to be disconnected which the climate control sees as a short circuit and causes it to not work correctly. Another thing, don't run the diagnostic mode under cover, has to be done outside with sunlight to work correctly.
  14. Interesting. I never really considered how many people have had access to my keys and could easily have copied them during that time. Thanks for pointing out my naievete.
  15. Is this a QLD specific or aus wide? Thanks for the heads up.
  16. Had mine for a year. Absolutely love it and very reliable. Used as a daily driver that sees about 50km a day. Basic mods and making ~200rwkw which I think is plenty for a daily driver. Haven't had a chance to run down the strip yet, but would like to soon. Have only had some very minor issues and car has cost me less to run than my old liberty that liked to split cv boot seals every few months. Minor issues so far: *Blown park lights - Who cares when the replacement globes cost $1 * Climate control not working - Internal sensor was disconnected when stereo was fitted. Easy fix. *Transmission went into safety cut out mode once - Not sure what caused this but it hasn't happened since. For a manual like you specified you could pay anywhere from high 20s upto almost 40 depending on condition and mods. If you searched around you could probably find a very nice example in the lower range of that bracket.
  17. Wise words Bob. I thought the car was a bit of a handful at first, but now it seems like you'd have to be doing something pretty stupid to lose control running the stock turbo.
  18. The trailer looks quite interesting. Although I have grave concerns that no real action movie will do it justice.
  19. Slip most definitely does not come on with TCS off.
  20. 1998. Could have searched and found this without posting.
  21. I have that copy of the autosalon mag but I really don't think there guide is very good. Won't have my digicam back for a few weeks, will take some scans then if you like. But, as I said the guide is not how I'd do it.
  22. Welcome. Now you're going to fit the kit before painting right? Absolute pain in the ass to fit after painting.
  23. The Blitz LM has the 180 degree bend for the rb25det.
  24. Cheers. Thought it was you when I pulled up. Must say I quite like the new wingless look!
  25. It does bolt directly to a R34 GT-T as I previously had one. Excellent cooler! Pity I sold mine far too cheap.
