  1. i've done 109000 kms on my r32. No problems yet stouchwood
  2. i got quoted $1100 for japanese adjustable ones called "Midori", the JIC and Cusco ones arent adjustable for ppl with uneven camber on each side. They're bloody expensive ones, anybody had any experience with these. They look abit like the ones Noltec make for r32 gtr
  3. spherical joints, do they have an advantage over the urethane ones?
  4. Anybody have any experience with these? I know in Australia Noltec make adjustable camber ones but I'm more interested in the japanese ones that are retailing on the perfectrun and taka kaira websites. They both stock Cusco and JIC ones. Just want to know if anybody has these and how they are compared to the stock ones.
  5. Hi all, Need to service my car soon as its been 5000kms. I have a question regarding the difference between a timing belt and a cam belt if any. The guy I normally take to service the car said I need to change my cam belt. Now they replaced the timing belt for me 6 months ago, are they both different belts? my car is an r32 gtst by the way as in the my avatar.
  6. what do u mean by bushes on the steering arms? and how much are they to replace? i sort of have the same problem
  7. Are the wheels still for sale if so please contact me Ting [email protected]
  8. yeah I've got one as well. Fits into my cannon muffler to reduce the noise. Without it its impossibly loud to drive. Though the car actually sounds quite good when you floor it, it is abit restrictive but on the flipside without it I think it would attract too much attention from the wrong ppl.
  9. nice work mate, looks like you cleaned him up
  10. bah IT sucks right now IT is on a downturn in Sydney. Don't know what the situation is like in other states. Its hard enough trying to find a part-time computing job let alone a full-time one
  11. check out meggalas site for information on r32 serviables info. I think its www.meggala.com if I recall correctly. 100,000 kms is basically a major service so make sure you do a thorough check-over of the entire car and engine belts which are generally replaced around this time.
  12. youre one lucky guy. most ppl can't even afford to insure a skyline comprehensively

Those 255 and 300KW ls1 hsvs are pretty fast. maybe thats because I'm only driving an r32 but whack a s/c on them and they can really get up. Had a run with a s/c 255 clubbie R8 not too long ago. It was all over red rover pretty quickly.
  14. that looks really good, too bad I'm in Sydney
  15. very interesting, let me know your results if you go ahead with it travis
  16. yeah still remember when i got delivery of my skyline **wipes tears from eyes** memorable day
  17. If youre looking for something with bang for buck value you can't go wrong with an autowatch alarm.
  18. yeah got it in the mail last week most of the stuff is self-explanatory but its good to have around as a reference
  19. there is abit of a difference in price between the two. A really good example late model r32 go for around $15-18K. in terms of power it is easier to extract from a r33 because of their extra 500cc advantage. but either way you're still getting a skyline :burnout:
  20. damm owned bad expensive mistake for the driver and r.i.p for car
  21. its all in the launch young jedi mine is manual and if I don't launch it from 3500-4000 rpm it bogs down alot until boost comes on. remember they're only 2L cars trying to drag around almost 1300kg of weight. keep practising, I'm sure you'll be able to get that time down.
  22. how did u find the 32 manual boxhead? i'm waiting for mine right now..........
  23. Jimx did u buy it from jpnz.co.nz? if so how long do they take normally to process and send out the manual? i put in an order for the r32 manual from there last week.
