The gauge isn't the issue. I have a resistor in there at the moment so it at least registers half. I've tried different resistors and the gauge position will change. Also tried a VDO sender by putting it in boiling water and that registers, only problem wiith the VDO sender is that it's huge and needs an adaptor. What do nissan charge for a sender? I'll call them tomorrow after the public holiday Thanks

I'm after the single pin one for the temp gauge. I have tried the VL one and it doesn't register anything. Waste of $15 that was.

Mine has this base but it a double point. So take the above H& bulb and terminal ponts and just use the base of this image and you get an adea of what I mean
