OK, for anyone interested I finally got round to installing the radiator this arvo. It is a R33 GTST 52MM unit for Manual Transmission (running external trans cooler for the auto). Fits fine. Didn't need to trim the fan shroud at all. So far so good. Please ignore the messy engine bay as it is on the list of things to do haha. Thanks, Chris.

Do it once mate and buy the Nitto pump. Sucks to see your having such bad luck with it but stick with it. It will all be worth it in the end. Also even though the twins are giving you a bit a grief they are the best option for a responsive street/track day gtr. Good luck, Chris.

Oh I see what you mean. Will have to wait and see. My mate has one on his Cefiro with standard fan and shroud but maybe they have more room in the engine bay?

I actually ordered one of the 52MM alloy radiators from eBay on Thursday from seller asi_performance. It was $164.95 Delivered Buy it now from Melbourne. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow as my standard radiator is leaking. It is a R33 item but they have been proven in the past to fit into C34 Stageas. I'm not sure if it will suit auto and manual vehicles or manual only but that didn't worry me as I am running a PWR transmission cooler. I thought I might aswell upgrade at the same time as I want to start towing with the Stagea soon (hence the trans cooler). I willl be retaining standard clutch fan and shroud. Will let you guys know how I get on when it's installed. Chris.

Is there one's available that can carry more weight than 100kg? Also has anyone used a roof basket? Tossing up whether the racks on their own will be fine to transport wheels (straped ofcause) or would the basket be a better and safer option?

Im running GKTech Stainless 3inch Dump, front & decat pipes. That cat back is a stainless Trust system that was on the car when I bought it. It does drone abit (more noticeable with the windows up) but you have to expect a bit of drone. Sounds great when you get up it! The GKTech items are all to suit R32/33 and are VERY well priced. Fitment was great.

Have you fitted a oil catch can recently? I fitted one wrong once and it caused this same issue your describing now. I had this issue once becuase I fitted an oil catch can and it had no breather/wasn't vented back into the turbo intake. This pressurised the crankcase and popped the dipstick out. I fitted a breather then the problem was solved.

Hey mate, It made 230rwhp on a stock RB25DET (s15 injectors, walbro, haltech) on 10psi. Boost comes on very early (10psi under 2500rpm). Turbo is too small for what I want to do, but on a RB20 it would be perfect.
