I had a garrett gt2835 in my hands last saturday at RUS's workshop on sat for an r32 rb20 when they were trying to bolt it on there as owner was told it was a straight fit turbo :P
Lets just say it still aint on there and custom mods to exhaust and intercooler piping needs to be made plus the comp and exhaust covers need to be rotated to match the stock turbo positions, and new oil and water lines are needed. It looked a nice size turbo tho

I have a full 3 inch mandral bend system made by trufit exhaust in cheltenham and my cars mades over 300rwkw without any problems.
I am sure they can do a 3.5 inch system also.
Mainly wheel size i think. But the 2540 has a bad reputation of giving more powerall power than a 2530 but being a heap laggier and non responsive compared to the 2530. I think the 2535 is the 2540 replacement now as they dont make the 2540 new anymore
My rear tyres (Hankook Silica 104's) are stuffed and have big chunks of rubber coming off them after each track day. The fronts show evidence of alot of walking around from the near new tyres I used for my first rack day last year at sandown.
All in all a waste to use new street tyres on the track.
Why dont you just get a custom made 3inch system by a exhaust shop instead of paying 3 times more for a jap one???

Dumbass u try low mounting my GT30 in my engine bay and tell you how successful u are.
It is also a waste of time high mounting a 2535 or 2540 as they are small and can still use the stock manifold

Most injectors are nipon denso injectors rebadged.
if you can find a supplier in America and match the injector to your car you can get em delivered for half the price thank the sard/hks etc.
BTW I have sard 550cc injectors with collars and they aint the best. They are direct fit my ass!!! They were a pain in the ass to install and dont give the best economy. If i was to buy injectors again I wouldnt get the sards.
But someone had to use straight 104 octane to get that power reading!!! :lol:
To the guy that started this thread, if you already lost your license for 12 months, and now want 350rwkw, hopefully you have saved money for a head stone also????
When I had my stock turbo and installed a split dump pipe I couldnt reuse the heat shield as it wouldnt fit around the top of the dump pipe.
U might have a similiar problem.
If you are that paranoid about making it look stock then just get a cutom made one made up. Any metal fab place could do it
