Bracks was down at the Eastern Treatment Plant a few weeks ago, where i spend alot of time these days for work, with the water minister, carrying on about the use of recycled water for the industry instead od fresh water like in the latest commercials. Funny things is that by the time the next election comes around this project he has carrying on about on the adds prob wont even be 1/4 finished as the proposal is for a water pipeline to carry the recycled water down to the power stations down south, which is gonna take years to complete.

You can get it cleared anywhere. Sounds like this 'jamie' guy is pettits buddy, so would go to him to get it cleared. If the defect says 'recommend certification by V.A.S.S engineer' you could have got away with it. The officer in question will write any bs on there and waste your time and money, doesent mean you actually need to do it all

As long as you havent cut a hole through the chassis rails for the cooler return pipe it does not effect anything in the front end of the car. I got done ages ago for this same BS but didnt need to get a engineers certificate or any other bs, just a rwc, where nothing was changed anyway. Car does not have to go back to stock if the cooler is the only mod

Those shite car wash brushes have caused swirl marks on 2 of my previous cars, 1 being dark grey and other being dark green, where they really show up. Theres a reason any car detailer wont use those type of brushes when detailing a car, but only a sponge. I work for section of Melwater now and everyone will be using 1 type of recycled water in the future. There are secondary treatment plants being built where the water coming out of those stations will be piped into new housing estates in purple pipework along side regular water supply. The recycled water can be used for your toilet, garden, washing your car etc but not for drinking water.
