    I did a similar thing for a uni project a few years back, but it was the design of a hydraulic operated ramp that would be used on trains for the disabled. We used FESTO cylinders for that and they could be easily incorporated into this system also. Can we use your car as the Frankenstein? :crazy:

    And the add campaign for that car is like it was built for the twisties!! What a crock!! I have driven one (hire car) for 2 weeks throught the twisties for work purposes and it aint nothing special. The interior is even shitter, feels like you are driving a bus!

    In PCOTY 2004 the csl lapped winton in the exact same time/driver as the gallardo. Doesent mean the CSL is a better car than the GT3 just because i is quicker around 1 track

    Ahh ok. Funky you should design a combo system that opens the scissor doors fully up using hydraulic cyclinders and an accumulator positioned in the boot. I can get all the parts for cheap from boschrexroth as we use hydraulic equipment all the time.

    Love the look of the rx8, but the stock engine was piss weak anf gutless!!! Hopefully next generation RX8's will have turbos's like the next Maxda 6 model!!

    My friends already got the scissor doors installed on his 00 wrx!! Its a pair in the ass to get in and out of coz the door only go up half the way up, and not fully like the lambo doors, so you gotta get in at a weird angle!! You can get these kits from cybercentury in Melbourne
