So an engineers report is basically the same as a bodgy roadworthy!!

But an aftermarket ecu also tuned properly can pass emmision tests. But i see your point as the tune can be easily altered after passing the test. So how does the engineering report cover this issue?

Dont you get parts send from japan to aus all the time with the parts you sell on here??? Is sea freight from japan to aus roughly 1 month delivery time? Do you pay customs / import tax on big things like rims?

I was thinking about doing a similiar thing also with a mate who has plenty of $$ to invest in such a thing. The thing is that there are so many shops around vic and aus and so many online stores (ie no overheads) that the market is very compedetive at the moment.
