So as you may notice, the N/A forum now has 1000 posts threads!! Some of you may be thinking who cares? Well It's a great accomplishment, believe it or not, the forum only had around 300 or so topics if not less back when I joined SAU (2004). And most of those topics weren't even initially created in this forum.. You see the N/A section wasn't here from the beginning.. The Naturally Aspirated section was left out in the rain in SAU's early years, with little enthusiam for the screaming 6 cylinder! This was changed by an early 'pioneer' of the N/A forums.. 'Greg' Before the N/A forum, there was a thread devoted to the N/A skyline! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Na...rea-t2344.html# Greg took it upon himself to gather the enthusiasm of all N/A owners, in doing this he helped turn the N/A community into what we see today! Along with PVA_glue the first N/A moderator they pushed to help out all those with non-turbo skylines.. A year or so later Eug arrived on the scene. Learning from the forums along the way and learning new ways to improve the N/A skylines, helping others and just generally answering every post that seemed to come up, he quickly earned himself moderator title Once the non-turbo laws hit some of the states, posts started booming, more and more people started waking up and realising N/A skylines can handle and perform far beyond most people's expectations! And so the forum as you see it today celebrates 1000 posts threads! A great accomplishment for all those who put time into writing up tutorials, FAQ's, Answering questions and in general just helping each other out and promoting ownership of N/A skylines not just across Australia but internationally too! Well done guys! P.S No more threads on, how do make a pshhhhhht sound anymore kk?

Your car reminds me of my old gun grey 33 gts, before I kitted it, added stereo, exhaust/extractors/ CAI and Bride copy seats went into it (which I miss) Stock s13 seat is a bitch lol =) Just upgrade to the entire GTS-T breaking/Hub/stud assembly. You'll have bigger breaks, wider choice of wheels. Check wreckers, fs threads etc.. Pretty cheap to do if you can do the labour yourself! Just aim for lightweight rims with a flush offset! (No dinner plate chromies) Not sure about ABS...

I'm wondering.. You see all those plastic covers on newer model cars these days.. What's the go say if you got one of those fabricated to cover your engine bay, venting in required areas where needed.. What's a cop going to say or do?

Ok well turns out, it's the Coolant temperature sensor playing up. Makes sense I spose, that controls the ignition, fuel etc..

I don't actually have coil packs though, I have haltech ignition leads or something.. As seen in this picture.. Should be getting looked at this weekend sometime I think.. You're probably right about brittle wiring though.. I need to go over everything with a test lamp I think..

Refit the stock BOV see if that makes a difference Then you probably have a vacuum leak somewhere on the old BOV.

Well that fault code was bogus.. Chucked in the factory ECU after push starting the car.. Drove around for a while and got the fault code I needed.. ignition signal missing in primary coil wiring fault. problem found

Ahhh I have to head down to Camden soon for a few weeks of uni.. f**k taking my car.. I heard there's some operation road/safe thing going on? So nice that they enjoy cruising around defecting everyone in sight and doing bugger all to stop people speeding on the country roads around there at 150+km/h is a top effort..

Replaced spark plugs. Still won't start lol.. Going to be checking the exhausts temperature circuit wiring now as that was the initial fault code I got.
