Gday, Just installed some 07 tail lights from the US into my V35 - doofas forgot the USA use red turning signals, not amber. The lense is red and the globe is clear, thus I presume that if I have a yellow globe then the person behind me would see amber? (Colour spectrum of yellow + red = orange?) Of course, you cant buy yellow globes so I figured I could paint them. Does anyone have a recommendation of what paint to use? I think it would have to be able to withstand some heat, especially if the globe is on for a minute or two. Any advice would be tops! JK

My drivers side is shagged and frequently doesnt work. Quite a common problem i hear. Nissan Aus want about $380ex trade price for each side! Theyre the same as 350z. Theres a few on ebay US for USD$170+ shipping. Well you can push the shifter down (or up if you mod the shifter) and just as you press it blip the throttle - after some practice it works ok JK

I did 1300km in 1 day in the back of a Chevrolet Impala in the US this year - that was fun Salt lake city to San Fran, 1.7l of Canadian Club and a lot of weed... Oh in answer to your question - you should do it no worries JK

I finally rigged mine up today and my video only stays on the screen for maybe 5 seconds and then it dissappears and some jap writing comes up. This was with the IGN on or car running, in park and handbrake on. As soon as I took the hb off the video dropped and audio continued, but the damn video kept dissappearing after a short timeout. Is this a user setting somehow? I noticed an option button in the VTR screen but it didnt make a difference. I have attached some pics of what Ive done. PS for my cabling i used the wires from a 4 pin floppy drive power connector and some insulation tape - perfect Finding a suitable plug was too hard. I thought I read somewhere that the Autos do some rev matching by "blipping the throttle" when downshifting in manual mode? Did this only apply to later 05 06 models? My 03 certainly doesnt seem to do it, but I can do it myself Cheers JK

Ive got whiteline 350z swaybars, & Tein CS Coilovers in the coupe version I have 20inch wheels aswell... but I dare say my Cefiro with only Tein HR suspension handled alot better. I dont know if its the monsterous wheels or the softer suspension (CS stands for comfort series) but It just doesnt feel as nimble. Im going to get a suspension place to check it out and give me an opinion on what they think I should change, as it just feels a bit unstable going into corners at pace JK

Yes, well I havent broken it yet so its still on the 35 I found an I O U in the glove box of the 35 today, I cant believe i didnt see it it before now! it says "This IOU entitles the new owner of this vehicle 1x Drive & 1x Hotlap in my soon to arrive GTR. My drivers side window doesnt go up sometimes! I can hear a relay clicking under the switch box but thats about it. Then it works again sometime later. ANNOYING! JK

Yeah, But I think the exhausts were purchased about 18 months ago so unfortunately it would be a big hit to sell them at what you can get them for now. probably more suited to a local buyer that doesnt want to take the risk of buying off the internet from the US JK

I filled the 350GT Auto Coupe up yesterday - made it drink 70.16L ($99.19!). Previous to that I got about 560km with a few squirts here and there and now the display is thinking I will get about 600km to a tank. Im happy with that! My old Cefiro was about 400km for $82 or so. I claim mileage too, so potential earnings are now 400km @ $82 = $264 Return 600km @ $99 = $396 Return JK
