Hey all,
Need to do some work to the car this weekend and was having a flip through the manual to see what sockets I will need.
The workshop manual states
"The units given in this manual are primarily expressed as the SI unit (international system of units). And alternatively expressed as the metric system and the yard pound system.
For example
Tightening torque 59 - 78 n.m (6.0 - 8.0 kg.m, 43-53 ft-lb)"
I have no idea what sized socket that would be, I've tried googling it and everything that comes up is irrelevant.
I know that when they say to use the socket size "29-39 N.m (3.0 - 4.0 kg.m, 22 - 29 ft-lb)" equals a 14mm socket.
Does anyone know how to convert it or understand it?
Any info is much appreciated!
Joel
edit: Never mind, just spoke to a mate and said it was the torque setting on the wrench.
