The R32 GTS-4 gearbox is very similar in strength to the GTR unit, therefore with the torque of an RB20 engine the box holding up isn't really an issue. If driveability is of great concern I would suggest either sticking with an Exedy Heavy Duty unit or upgrade to an Exedy Sports Organic.

Unless you have exceeded the scope of the factory AFM there is not benifit in upgrading to a Z32 unit. However if you are to do, you will require an ECU remap.

Aleck, You should definitely rip that Xtreme unit out and replace the Exedy Sports Organic sitting here for you. On a serious note try adjusting the clutch pedal, chances are that by doing so you'll be able to move the friction point to a more desired spot in the pedal swing.
