Hong, going back a few posts a cushioned clutch has nothing to do with a sprug center rather a cushioning between each side of the clutch plates. A conventional button uses a single sheet of metal with puck either adhered or riveted to it. The Cushioned plates use two plates with a "spring" in-between. This "spring" takes the initial shock of the engagement rather then other driveline components such as gearboxes and diffs Bacially if the vehicle is mainly a daily driver, and a puck clutch is your preference, I would strongly suggest using a cushioned item. These belts retail for $105ea, they are impregnated with PTFE which means they have great wear resistance and are low noise.

The R32/S13 rear cradles are very similar, and are interchangeable. Both models have their HICAS and non HICAS variants. The main differences between the setups is as follows: *Only one of the two exhaust hangers have a common location *Front counter weights are different *S13/non Turbo R32 is 4 stud with an R180 diff while R32 turbo M-Spec is 5 stud with an R200 diff If you have an R32 stick with an R32 rear end.

If you are able to change gears easily than you can cross the release bearing off your list. It appears that you do have a slipping clutch, the easiest way to confirm this is to find a good hill, while still tavelling at a good speed place the gearbox in either 4 or 5 and give it full throttle. If your revs climb rapidly than you have yourself a textbook slipping clutch plate.

For the setup you discribe I would recommend either the Exedy Heavy Duty Cushioned Button or Sports Organic. My preference would be the Sports Organic, it's east to drive with and hold good power figures; I use and cannot fault it. Please be aware that the Sports Organic and Heavy Duty (organic) are two totally different kits, they share neither the same clutch plate or pressure plate. The GTS series headlights are interchangable.

They will definately suit the coupe. The GTR units will only suit GTRs or vehicle with GTR guards installed.
