I did this last year. As SteveL said you cancel the registration; hand in the plates. The buyer will then have to contact VIC roads and apply for a temp registration permit, which is purchase by the day. The can be arranged by him at any time and he will have to state the needed days for journey. When filling for form, which they fax to him, he will have to state the current garage address and his intended destination, the vehicles VIN & engine number and both your details. From here he will be pulled over about 20 times in the north mid NSW stretch of the hwy from having no plates however if all paper work is in order he'll be sweet.

The GTR ballast resistor will do the job.

The CA injectors will require a ballast resistor. Also the RB20 & RB25 use identical AFM, therefore I would recommend using a Z32 unit.

I can offer you an R33 GTR box modified to suit an R32 "push" setup with Exedy HD clutch for $1500. Originally the vehicle was removed from an R33 GTR with 70,000kms. The box was then installed in my cousins R32 GTR for less than a day before the car was written off. People pay over $500 for the pull to push conversion when they upgrade to many aftermarket clutch setups.
