If this twin plate The flywheels from all R32/R33 range, 2WD & 4WD, are all interchangeable, no matter the factory clutch setup (push or pull). The R32/R33 range also shares the same input shaft spline pattern. These two factors therefore mean that there are no problems in regards to physically installing the unit, purely its operation, pull or push. Therefore as you are going to be using it in an R33 just make sure the item you are purchasing is from the R32/33 range and is a push style clutch.

I personally have not driven a vehicle with the Exedy 5-puck unit however I can offer an opinion of the 8-puck unit, that I just so happen to sell These units are designed for use in daily driven vehicles however so be up to the demands of upto ~300rwkw. As far as I am aware the Type M, post R32, was a cosmetic package. However within the R32 range non Type M vehicles did not receive the big Sumitomo 4 pot front calipers or 2 pot rears; rather they received the floating items as per the non turbo models.

I have a pair of R34 GTR front seats, which are pictured below. I am after $2300. These are a direct bolt in for all R32/R33/A31/C33 vehicles. I am on the Gold Coast.

It is not too odd for vehicle imported under the old 15yr rule not to have a new VIN issued, as this was only needed for vehicles manufactured from 1989. It is acually quite uncommon as there was only a 2yr window for this to happen. However your vehicle should have some sort of engineers’ plate riveted to the chassis, usually in the engine bay. Or at least an engineers' report stating the work done.

As most people have said these vehicles are not lemons in any respect however they are getting a little old. Any vehicle that’s been driven for 15 years has not received the required maintained will be a nightmare. Basically you get what you pay for, send a few extra dollars now and it potentially could save many more down the track.

One thing to consider the coilovers will go directly into your 180, and vise vera. Therefore if you put the cefiro up for sale you have room to move on price.
